Please BE AWARE THE HOUSEKEEPERS AT THIS HOTEL (AMERISTAR CASINO BLACKHAWK CO) STEAL. I have no idea where they are hiring these people from but Do not LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND YOU WILL NEVER SEE it AGAIN. Never get your room serviced without cleaning it up first and putting away allll of your belongings socks, clothes and accessories included put every single thing away! . The maids will steal your stuff and they are never held accountable when it's brought to the managers attention... I have been blatantly stolen from 4 times now. aside from that The suites are awesome! i would rate The spa a 6/10 and the food is good too...“
“The fresh bread was so delicious, and the filet mignon and au gratin potatoes were as well. Espresso martini and cucumber mule were also very good. We had a salad as a first course, and the lettuce was a little wilted and the vinaigrette was nothing special... But over all the steak was amazing.“

“The Irish coffees are strong and the food is fresh! Go for the chicken and waffles or the Colorado Bennie and you will lick the plate! Bonus is that they take reservations (but don’t require them) and have room for large parties. Super cool booths with high backs gives lots of privacy. Full bar.“
“We travel all over and LOVED the bartenders and the food! Danny and tristian were friendly, funny and so down to earth. Now the food, WOWZA! had the a5 and it was like butter and the lamb shank was equally amazing! We will be back to this gem!! Highly recommend“
