“Good food, relaxed atmosphere (jeans are okay) and decent service. The menu prices are good and the Mexican and Italian dish offerings mean that you can bring those crazy, non-steak lovers along with you. On the bad side 3 out of 4 steaks we ordered came out OVERcooked (we didn't say anything and they never asked, so I don't know what their response would have been).“

“Another fabulous experience. My wife and I had requested our favorite waiter but he was not working that evening, Lane, one of the mangers (and cannot be more accommodating) set us up with Daniel...:and what a equally wonderful ambassador he is for Shanahan's as David. Champagne, Oysters, shared a Caesar and split the 16oz NY Strip Oscar style. I cannot recall having a better meal.“

“Divine bartending skills and most importantly personalities! The absolute best fries I ever had, yes I'm talking about french fries here! Must try! Drinks the dirty martini but best part the blue cheese olives made in house. Oysters the West coast Oysters, so full and succulent with a light sweetness definitely worth the cost. I do love that the shucker broke down the protein weight and nutritional components that affirm the cost. That understanding alone is worth a pretty penny. The steaks last but certainly not least we're great. The quality of the meat and the story your able to read prior to making the decision helps your experience as you bite into there perfectly peppered steaks. We had to get another batch of fries of course. They were too good to pass up. Oh! The Japanese Whiskey!!! Excellent pallet enhancer and your breathe in the notes once with mouth closed and secondly with mouth open, then sip to take your pallet on a journey through a divine beverage experience! Can I say more... I actually can but ill let your experience Speak for itself. Thank you!“

“We traveled from Texas to celebrate my sons 17th birthday and I could not have picked a better place for his dinner. Laura was extremely helpful in recommending dishes ( was our 1st time) it got packed quick and after taking our first bite I can see why. 10 out of 10 recommend! The experience, atmosphere, and service is absolutely worth it! Will definitely be back!“

“My kids told me I went “full Karen” on the hostess because I was too harsh in the way I asked for a booth instead of a table in the middle of the dining room. I think they're being a little harsh with me (wonder where they get it from?). We got our booth and our dinner/service was great and I'm really sorry if I made the hostess uncomfortable.“

“The Columbine Steak House is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood steakhouse in Denver. My boyfriend remembers going there with his dad when he was just a young kid... and he's 63 now! This is not a fancy steakhouse, but what they do, they do well. It's got two parts - a sit-down, waitressed area with a bar and then...the walk-in, order your food at the kitchen and find yourself a seat side. Either way, it's usually packed to the gills on a Saturday night. Oh, and it's cash only!!We ate on the order at the kitchen side last night... t-bone and NY strip, served with a small baked potato and house salad, which you pick up from the kitchen. No condiments on your table? No problem... ask to borrow them from a neighboring table or look for them on a shelf along the wall. The steaks are thin, but big... so if you like your steak rare, make sure the cook knows it. They are tasty, char-broiled and they go down easy!! Oh, and did I forget to mention the Texas Toast? Save that for dessert... it's a tradition there to have it with honey, which you may have to borrow from your neighbors!!“

“Absolutely delicious, I caught the 105 to the 42 buses because I wanted to see if the food would still taste like I was in the restaurant,And it did?. If you’re going to eat before your plane or just into having a romantic dinner, even the drinks are fab. Beats the heck out of the Outback South, it’s disgusting…“

“My husband and I returned to Urban Farmer after a less-than experience a few months ago and were overjoyed at how this place redeemed itself in all the ways. We had an awesome date night and EVERYTHING was awesome (outside of an underwhelming Caesar salad). Seriously. Start with the mezcal-peach cocktail (or the sweet tea mocktail that my husband obsesses over). Then the steak tartare, which is EXCELLENT. We enjoyed the the bison ribeye and scallop-carrot puree entrees in all of their glory. (Skip the au poivre tho -- too watery, meh). I went with a gorgeous light dry cote du Rhône with our mains and was so happy. Gorgeous ambience and decor. Excellent, knowledgeable servers. Highly recommend.“

“This place is absolutely outstanding. I have eaten everything from soup kitchens to five star restaurants and this place is definitely in my top five. from the service you receive at the front door from the lovely hostesses to the absolutely impeccable service you receive from the servers and bartenders I cannot say enough nice things. Chris Messler the manager came tableside to check on us. Chris was kind and friendly and very welcoming. That being said I can’t leave out the servers that helped us on our amazing banquet of delicious foods Derek a.k.a. Bubba was absolutely amazing hands-down the best customer service I have ever received with Katie. She was absolutely amazing as well so was all of the bar staff very kind welcoming and acknowledged your presence immediately when entering. This has been one of the best birthdays of my life happy 40.“

“Absolutely fantastic place! Definitely a destination restaurant and the food is amazing. We didn't want to wait for a table, so we sat at the bar and ordered dinner. We enjoyed our visit with our bartender and he made the perfect suggestions for dinner and drinks! The Bison medallion melted in the mouth!“

“Pretty decent airport food, if over priced. Fries were on point and the Asian salad with miso dressing was good, a little lite coverage and could have used more. Smash burger is in name only, it was just a cheese burger with questionably melted cheese, might have been on a warming tray. Best recommendation was the Cherry Blossom drink, very unique mix of flavors. Floor and tables were a bit dirty with old food didn't give me the best feeling. Still better than root down in concourse C.“

“We visited Guard & Grace because it is a Michelin inspector recommended restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is awesome! Just a bit salty for me. Not many restaurants season a fish 24-hour ahead of time, the black cod is really tasty! Filet Mignon was also really good, loved the desert as well!“
