“Had a great first experience with friends at Spuntino. The staff are all highly experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive. Our visit will be remembered for the high-quality wine selection, the delicious Alce Crudo and warm olives we shared, and, of course, the decadent house-made pasta. I had the special, a cozy and familiar sweet potato and honey tortellini with pecorino. I very much look forward to my next visit.“

“There are some really good Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Denver: Glo, Ginger Pig, Mister Oso... Hop Alley didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was good, but not great. The service was fine, and I appreciated the food coming out quickly, but the pace felt rushed. The cocktails were weird twists on bar classics, and we've had better Chinese food elsewhere in Denver. Overall, really glad we tried it, but we'll be sticking to our preferred staples in RiNo.“

“We did not order food and came for after dinner drinks. Thank goodness we had a reservation because they were taking zero walk ins. Very cute space. Alexander our bartender (or should I say mixologist) was amazing. He made hand crafted drinks based on our preferences.“

The atmosphere is awesome due to the incredible décor, large screen, a multitude of different type of seating, large TV’s located all around the bar! The service and restaurant is second to none! We were politely and professionally served our many food and drink selections! When our pizza slices were served, my mouth dropped, because I have never seen slices of pizza so huge! I have not had a slice of pizza that was so good with just the right amount of tasty toppings on mine! We ordered chicken wings, half naked and half buffalo wing sauce. The chicken wings had been fried to perfection and was so good we could not make up our minds which type of chicken wings was the best, so we called it a pleasingly tie!“

“We ate outside. Great atmosphere and perfect weather, but didn't consider how many Harley riders there are in Denver. It didn't matter because everything else was so perfect. The server was attentive and not over present. The food was truly outstanding. It was creative and delicious showing the chef's skills while keeping the budget to reasonable. We try a few new restaurants a week in Denver since moving here from New York and have only been disappointed once. This was an overachiever that caught us by surprise. We've not repeated restaurants because there are still hundreds to try, but this might be our exception. What a delightful treat. We do have leftovers and after writing this am now ready to eat. They are larger portions. Try the Wagyu Lo Mein! OMG!“

The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“
