Delicious
Hunter is a LEGEND the man had a full conversation with me while cooking the best food you’ve ever eaten the whole time. I’d never be able to work full speed and carry on a convo like that. Give that man a raise.
Uncle is a favorite for my boyfriend and I, so I had to bring my brothers here when they were visiting for the weekend. One of them is a huge ramen guy and he had a lot of good things to say about Uncle's noodles and broth! The soft shell crab buns were also a huge hit.

Uncle is a restaurant that exudes class and genuineness. The staff is top-notch, ensuring that customers feel like true guests. They have 3 main dishes that are or can be made vegan, including ramen that can be vegan and vegan Khao Soi. There is also a cold sesame noodle dish where chicken can be swapped for mushrooms and/or tofu, and 1-2 vegan apps. While there may be a wait, the experience is worth it. The place is great, but it gets expensive for the moderate amount of food. The space is small but wheelchair accessible. They close at 9. Parking can be difficult to find. The duck ramen is very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. The Fried Chinese Eggplant Bun blew people away, and it should be ordered. The sauce and unique flavor combination on the fried chicken is loved. The Khao Soi was a favorite, and the spicy chicken ramen was still very good. The spicy cucumbers were a good way to break up heavier flavors. The grilled hanger steak lettuce wraps were flavorful and balanced. The Dan Dan noodles were liked. The vegan khao soi was awesome and packed with flavor. The staff was helpful and nice.
