As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a young man named Chris. I gave him the name for the order, and he quickly informed me that everything was ready. He and Dennis then took the time to explain how the order was packed and ensured that I was provided with all the necessary utensils. These two gentlemen clearly understand the meaning of exceptional customer service; I wish there were more people like Dennis and Chris in the world.

Their pita is the best—fluffy, fresh-baked, and far superior to the super-flat pitas you get at places like Cava. “Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people. As things went along, we figured out I had never actually completed the order on my computer earlier that morning. I apologized for causing such a commotion, and thanked her for making it work. She was totally unjudgmental, and totally helpful. Everyone working at that time was, and it was all hands on deck to accommodate my mistaken self, plus everyone else that was coming in. The staff were seamless, and wonderful. Customer service like that is SO rare these days. Thank you, Kelly and team, for getting me back to my Friday Food Fun at the office practically on time, when I feel like many places would've either told me I was out of luck, or had a (maybe rightfully so) bad attitude. “Some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. We chose this place near our hotel because we were intrigued by a mention of Hong Kong French toast. We have all learned to judge Chinese restaurants by one common dish. I judge based on the wonton soup which blew my mind. One friend judges based on the steamed rice which was perfect. Another judges based on egg drop soup which was perfectly flavored and balanced. We ordered Ginger lamb, Szechuan beef brisket and pork and eggplant. We shared and compared and all were mind blowing. We could feel the influence of of either someone's grandma or a Michelin star chef in everything that came out of that kitchen. We ended the meal with Ice cream covered Hong Kong French toast and it did not disappoint. Before we left we were all planning our return.“
