V révolution has the best vegan food in S Denver! Delicious, affordable and authentic, this is my go to spot for fast casual Asian food since I went plant based. Howard the owner is always working in the kitchen and is so kind. I love this place and highly recommend it to all I know!Vegetarian options: Extensive completely plant based menu with a plethora of options.

Surprisingly delicious! I think they use less sodium products/ sauces, because I don't feel bloated after eating it. They give generous portions as well. I also recommend the steak crystal wrap (spring roll w/rice paper) I had the Drunken Noodle and subbed with Chicken, amazing!
