There was ONE man smoking a Clove cigarette when we walked into Meso, and we smelled that lingering odor for most of our meal. For God's sake, step outside! They also let you customize your level of spice, and it was exactly what I wanted.Vegetarian options: There is very glad I noticed that on Uber Eats, there is a second tab for their all vegan menu. It provided different options than the main menu. They had a wide selection. I had the peanut sauce and vegetables with mock chicken, and it was delicious.“

“I’m writing this review to offer a giant, heart-felt thank you to our server and the other staff present last night: thank you so, so very much for your kindness, prompt assistance and thoughtfulness when our friend had a medical episode during our meal. Our server caught our friend by the arm as he nearly fainted and held on to him until we realized what was going on. Another sweet staff ran over and asked what they could do multiple times throughout the event and brought some beneficial items. We just can’t thank you both enough for going out of your way during a busy dinner shift to ensure we were all alright. That occurrence could have been embarrassing and a scene in such a public space, but you preserved our friend’s dignity and safety. Thank you immensely and please take good care of yourselves. I also lived in Portland, OR for a decade where the food is generally insanely good and moderately priced for the quality and diversity of options): for the price, the food was fine: our curries were maybe a little boring, the banh mi bowl was just simple roasted veggies, the buffalo tofu wrap was flavorful and fresh, mashed pots and gravy exactly what you’d hope, perfect fries; drinks were good. My husband is a spice fiend and he said his dish was the perfect balance of spiciness and flavor. My kids were unimpressed with the offerings but that's on us to broaden their culinary horizons better. Anyway. “This used to be my favorite NY style slice of pizza but lately every time the cheese pizza is undercooked severely and lacking sauce. For $4 a slice for cheese pizza, needs improvement. Asked for an extra $1 side of marinara and the cup was not even half full.“
