“I could eat here every day of the week. It's just that great! The variety of selections is insane, the service is top drawer, and the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and fun! And what makes it so special is that Danny, the owner, is usually there working just as hard as everyone he employs. His "Hollywood" smile is genuine, and he is never too busy to have a little chat if you catch his eye. STAY GREAT!“

“Love the ambiance and supporting local business but the staff isn’t always cheery. We have never received a good morning etc just an “hi, what can I get for you”, but a smile helps. Also, went last weekend and both hubby and I got a chorizo burrito. He told me that towards the middle, his burrito was cold. He didn’t want to say anything about it. As I can kept eating mine, noticed it was cold too, not ice cold but cold. We decided to not say anything this time (things happen) but will definitely, politely, mention it if it occurs again.“

“We entered the restaurant at a quiet time with only a few customers. Our waiter, Tony, greeted us on his way to deliver an order to another table, letting us know he saw us. The best part of our experience turned out to be this waiter: he was knowledgeable and efficient, helpful and kind without hovering. The food was delicious; I had one of the lunch specials, and others had the regular orders of Mongolian beef and another chicken. All were great. “We ordered from here last night. Full disclosure before I begin: we're Indian, we cook A LOT of Indian food, therefore we're really picky about our Indian food. The flavor for both dishes was good (saag paneer and lamb masala) but I was disappointed with how little meat and paneer we got in our dishes. Our food took an hour to be ready when they said 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, there were six people in front of me grumbling that it was taking a really long time. Whoever packed our food used a cracked lid on one of the curry containers, which lead to a mess all over the paper bag not to mention wasted food (that we spent $15 on). My kids liked the paneer and safron rice; they were happy it wasn't too spicy. We didn't dine in obviously but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I'll probably give them one more chance given they're close by and they're NOT Little India.“

“I like dining at the CO Mills Yardhouse rather than the one in downtown Denver, off 16th Street. I am writing regarding the state of the women's toilets at Denver West; I have raised this issue before with staff to no avail; I tried sending an email but it bounced back. The stall doors do not close properly. The hooks to hang handbags behind the stalls are broken. The gaps between the stall door and the edge leave little room for privacy. The auto water and auto soap dispenser in the sinks don't always work. It makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I hope someone will take some action. Thank you.“

The place was packed and loud, which made conversation difficult, but it's understandable why the place is popular. No complaints, would definitely eat here again.“

“Lu House is fantastic. The food is delicious and fresh. The people are just so nice. They treat you like family, go out of their way to get to know you! I have dined at the restaurant and had delivery. I have no idea how the food they deliver arrives so hot, just like eating on site. They are willing to adjust and make substitutions to accommodate special diets and personal taste. This is my go to place. No one else is even half as good!

“We had a wonderful date-night evening at Simms! I cannot recommend this restaurant more. We got the miso bass which was my favorite dish of the evening; and we also got the seared scallops which was on top of a truly devine risotto. Our server Emerson was a true delight and made our experience and evening even more enjoyable. When we return, and we will absolutely be returning soon, I will have to request Emerson's service.
The view at Simms is absolutely gorgeous and really sets the mood.

“On Sat, Oct 23, 2021 we ate at this location after not being able to eat at the Colo Mills location because they closed at 3pm citing under staffing. Manager John, counter persons Anisa & Matt, meal prep Aiden, dining rm bus person Sergio and baker Jeep went above & beyond with service. John let everyone know that they were short staffed and the wait might me more than usual, but would get our meals out to us as soon as they could. We didn't have to wait very long. The good was hot, fresh and delicious. All these employees looked tired at 6pm, but they took care of all of us, the to go orders and curb pick up. Everyone of them deserves a bonus for showing up to work, a bonus for offering above and beyond customer service and another bonus for just being good people. Your other location in Colo Mills 1470 W Colfax, greeted us at 5:30p with a sign on the door that they dining room was closed at 3p and they would be offering online and drive up orders only. There was no one to do either when we arrived. That's when we went to 650 S. Wads and met some incredible employees.“
