My family dines here every so often and everyone is always happy with their meal. Tonight we sat near an elderly couple who must have been regulars. The wife ordered a steak dinner, but likely due to her age/fine motor struggles, was unable to cut the steak. Danny, cut her steak for her and made certain her steak was tender and satisfying. I have never seen an owner care so much about their customers. Danny is amazing!

The West Colfax omelette is a standout plate with its expansive list of ingredients and delicious, house made salsa verde. I got the biscuits and gravy as a side, and they were great. I highly recommend having a meal and drink at the bar, the service is fantastic and the pickle backs are a savory treat. I can't wait to come back and try a Bloody Mary.
