“I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer when I come up for a visit, have a cortado ready for me.“

“I'm always looking for a good burger and have been to many different places over the years. I decided to give Big Sky a try. I had the Big Sky burger and was not disappointed!!!!!! This may have been the best burger I have ever eaten. If you like cheese and bacon this burger is for you. Every bite the was a copious amount of both. I chose onion rings as my side and they had a very good flavor. My wife ate the shrimp ramen and had more than she could eat. This restaurant fills my burger and her Asian desires. We will be making this a regular stop. Do yourself a favor and give them a try“

And what makes it so special is that Danny, the owner, is usually there working just as hard as everyone he employs. “We recently had this AMAZING restaurant cater our wedding party and HOLY COW! They went above and beyond. They supplied the food truck so my guests could easily get their food instead of catered style and it was a huge hit!!! I want to thank the two employees who helped us out especially Tony (I hope I'm getting his name right) but he went above and beyond making sure all my guests were happy, checked in with me multiple times throughout the evening, and even packed extra food for my new husband and I to take home. It was the best decision hiring them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!“

Also, went last weekend and both hubby and I got a chorizo burrito. He told me that towards the middle, his burrito was cold. He didn’t want to say anything about it. As I can kept eating mine, noticed it was cold too, not ice cold but cold. We decided to not say anything this time (things happen) but will definitely, politely, mention it if it occurs again.“

“We ordered 12 dozen cookies for our wedding reception. I emailed them a couple months ahead of time to do a large, custom order, and they had everything ready to go on trays the morning of pickup. We also needed a dozen gluten-free cookies, and they had several options that they individually packed and labeled. I am completely addicted to the ginger chicken kabob, chicken tikka masala, vegetable biryani, and butter chicken. The vindaloo is amazing too if you can handle spice. It was busy inside but the line moved quickly and my order was correct and just what I asked for. It was a little odd ordering food and drinks separate, but it worked. I could see that causing issues if you had a larger group. But, my food and drink were good, the staff were friendly and efficient, and it was clean and inviting inside.“

“I went here yesterday evening with a couple of friends. We had a very good time. The food was delicious, and our server was wonderful. I highly recommend going here if you can afford it.
I took some food home for my husband, (he couldn’t come because he had to work) and he also enjoyed it. The cheesecake that we shared was also absolutely delicious.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of people, and we were seated near the kitchen, so it was pretty loud and hard to hear, but it wasn’t too bad.
I’ll be coming back with my husband next time.“

“This beautiful, relatively new, large Starbucks is one of their nicer locations in the Denver area. Everything was neat as a pin. There are a variety of seating and work areas plus a very nice outdoor patio, a huge parking lot, and not one, but two drive-thru lanes.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our drinks were prepared perfectly and a staffer even brought the nice china cups to our seating area.

We stopped in the late afternoon when things were quiet and peaceful. I assume business is brisk in the morning.“

When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
