“Mostly I wanted to let y'all know that our waiter, Wes, was awesome. Personable, fast, accommodating. He was great and deserves all the good things. As far as the food, my Spicy Alfredo was great. The sauce that came with it was really good, definitely would buy sauce on its own! My wife loved her Mac n cheese. Only complaint is the parm bites. Could have more seasoning on them. Or butter. Or butter and seasoning. As they are, they were basically just soft bread. Yummy soft bread, but not really worth $8. Otherwise tho, really good stuff and definitely going back.“

“I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros today! Darian took my order and was so kind, upbeat, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. I usually stick with tea, but I wanted to try something new. When I asked about teas, he suggested a blended tea that sounded too good to pass up - and I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious, and I think I’m officially converted to blended teas for the summer. Darian’s happiness was contagious, and it’s clear he knows both his job and the menu really well. Five stars for the service and recommendation!“

If you are there for happy hour (starts at 3 pm), you must try them! I ordered a large amount of food so I’d have leftovers to take home.“

The Root Vegetable Reuben had juice thinly sliced celery root pastrami with classic pickled kraut, & horse radish creme fraiche on buttery, lightly toasted marbled rye. I upgraded to dirty fries (crispy fried sprinkled with sour cream powder and drizzled with black garlic aioli & fresh chives). Drink was the randomly selected “Mucho Macho OF” - Pasilla, sesame, tamarind, black garlic and Ritual Whiskey Alternative- which was really good and has inspired me to try other zero proof drinks. “Now this is a place I HIGHLY recommend trying if you are in Denver. I am from California and I have never had a breakfast place with as extravagant options like this place has. I got the bacon fried rice and oh my God was it so tasty and cooked to perfection. They do not skimp out on the bacon pieces and the flavors are so amazing. My boyfriend got the breakfast tacos and oh my were they amazing. For being a small place you would expect it to smell like food, but it does not and that is what I love the most. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The decor is so cute. The staff is super sweet but that food is top-tier. One of the most amazing and intricate breakfast I’ve had in Denver.

“My first apartment as a young woman was off Cheesman Park and I use to go to Lik’s Ice cream often. I recently visited. I think it might have had a different name back then. It appears they are still using the same refrigerated cases from the 80’s. I do not think they have painted it or have ever had an update on the inside. The cleanliness is hard to know. I was surprised by the limited number of ice cream flavors they had. I recall years ago there were more options. But they had the standards and a few different ones. The ice cream is still good. I bet they have 12 different flavors. It was busy. 90 degree weather helps business. Parking is on street and it’s not that easy to get. Some of the staff have piercings, odd colors in their hair and appear to be rockers. They are friendly. If you’re in the area an ice cream cone might be the answer for a hot day in Denver. I liked the chocolate bourbon flavor.“

“I already love Sushi Den and when they came out with this new omakase style restaurant it did not disappoint. They way they talk about where they sourced the rice to the detail of what type of vinegar it uses on the rice. The fish just melts in your mouth and the sushi rice just falls apart when it hits your mouth.“

This may have been the best burger I have ever eaten. If you like cheese and bacon this burger is for you. Every bite the was a copious amount of both. I chose onion rings as my side and they had a very good flavor. My wife ate the shrimp ramen and had more than she could eat. This restaurant fills my burger and her Asian desires. I’ve been very cautious about eating out lately, and OMG… huge win that they offer burger bowls! I always order my bun on the side, but I didn’t even have to because they have an amazing burger bowl option for any of their burgers. Another thing I loved: when you order fries, you can choose a single or double portion instead of being forced into getting two sides. “I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer when I come up for a visit, have a cortado ready for me.“

It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery.
