Onefold Uptown is an absolute gem in town for delicious food. This spot has amazing ratings and is worth checking out at least once. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff and cooks who are super friendly and look like they are enjoying their job. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the restaurant itself is very clean. The food is outstanding and cooked perfectly, featuring a unique breakfast menu with a mix of Asian-inspired and Mexican-inspired dishes. Specific meals include the congee, mole enchiladas, burritos, bacon fried rice with eggs, carne asada, duck congee porrage, crepes, fruit with carne asada, and Chinese sausage fried rice. The Changaccino and OJ matcha are also fantastic, with the matcha latte being the best in Denver. The owner is a highlight—sweet and welcoming, known for responding to snarky reviews about their coffee with pure, unapologetic sass. There is an outside eating area with nice ambiance, and parking is not bad. They are going through some construction down the street but it’s worth it.
