Kenji Sushi in Denver is a fantastic, cozy spot with great sushi and service. The owner greets customers personally, making every visit special. The menu offers a variety of rolls and options, with the Soft Shell Crab highly recommended. The shrimp tempura appetizer, sushi, dynamite roll, and Sapporo beer are all fantastic choices. Kenji Sushi is a great casual spot that always hits the spot, perfect for sushi lovers and first-time visitors alike. All aspects 10/10; food taste, presentation, service, quality/freshness of ingredients, value for price. The jalapeño bomb is a favorite, but the hamachi kama is also a huge fan. The whole atmosphere is brighter and more inviting, the dining experience feels more comfortable and welcoming. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the service was quite smooth and efficient. The food quality is next-level, the fish is super fresh, even the plating looked fancier.
