“It's like an Apple store served matcha. Very modern vibe, no indoor seating, and no menu personalizations. However, the drinks (hojicha with vanilla creme and lime blueberry fresca) were delicious. Not sure if they were worth $9+ each, but would recommend this spot if you're in the mood to splurge on a fun drink.“

“The absolute best coffee shop in Denver! I ordered the Horchata Latte which was served hot in a traditional red clay mug. My beverage was smooth had a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. There was ample, clean space to sit with friends in the courtyard right outside with chairs and tables. The shop was colorfully complimented with locally made goods, homemade Mexican pan dulce, and offered so much more than coffee. They even make atole which takes me back to my childhood! I can't wait to try everything on their menu. This is my new favorite place in Denver and will quickly become yours too!“

“Americano Coffee is spot on, sweet bread pastries are great, decore is a bit industrial but fits the setting, walk up service is great but parking is a bit slim due to a small lot and busy surrounding roads, over all a great place to stop and grab a cup and sweets!
Priced appropriately.“

The dirty chai is one of the best I’ve found, and it’s clean and seems to be relatively quiet during the week. We ate the tiers in the order you are supposed to...and wished we had only eaten one scone because we were full before we got to the dainty treats on the top tier! I got the mushroom burger ($16) and it was one of the best sandwiches of my life! I appreciated the vegetarian option. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, so fresh and delicious, with fresh fries to go with it. I got two kids’ meals (Mac n cheese, $8) for my kids - it wasn’t just Kraft, but gourmet. It was so yummy and generous portion. The ladies working were lovely and kind. The atmosphere was fantastic - very cool vibe and lots of comfortable seating. I’d go back even if we weren’t visiting the museum!“

Once, they even remade my drink because a little bit spilled out when they were moving it across the counter - even though I didn't ask for this and I would have been fine with it. They really care about people and the quality of their drinks and service. Never had food here so I can't comment on that. But it's an excellent coffee shop experience. Bright, airy interior with one of the best patios in Denver. Thank you Novo for being a solid staple of the Denver coffee scene.“
