Try to go on a weekday as they are rightfully packed on the weekends. If they have beer biscuits for the special that day, get one. Probably one of the best values in Denver, without sacrificing quality.

Simple & Elegant. For me this is one of the greatest compliments. The location is in a wonderful neighborhood, the building is warm and inviting, the menu simple and covers a breadth of savory and sweet ideas all named after towns in North Carolina and a build your own biscuit for those who want to customize.
