“They had me at hello! Literally. The way the barista greeted me was almost as if my walking in had totally made her day! Just had the standard Outrageous GF pumpkin bread, this was good as it is everywhere. But the warmness of this greeting, the Americano and the fun Christmas music really made the experience.Definitely a new favorite!“

“A favorite for our whole family. We have used Breadwinners Catering for years and when cafe opened it became the perfect spot for business lunches, family brunch and now dinner. With CoVid, finding a restaurant with outdoor seating and spacious table separation is difficult. They have 2 outdoor patios and indoor seating is adjusted for our safety.“

“Atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for today. Plenty of seating and the music wasn’t too loud for working at. I’m not too particular about my coffee so I can’t give a good opinion about the quality, but they did have regular and nitro cold brew which was a plus. Also I just came from a different coffee shop and their bonfire burrito prices were slightly cheaper ?“

“Yummy thin crispy egg rolls. Oil is always fresh which is an issue other places near imo. Cashew chicken is yummy. Haven't tried a lot seems like basic straight forward takeout.Editing to add since I wrote the review 5 years ago this place has stayed at the top of the list for take out Chinese food. We moved further away but make the 15 min drive for it when we want takeout. Worth it.“

“I love this place so much it is my First Stop, First Watch on the weekends. Service is impeccable- staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Make sure to ask for Maggie Edmark! She is one of the best servers that works there. As I am usually there with my wife, they make me feel welcome like family. They never rush you. The menu is incredible and it has a little bit of everything in it- it is amazing and well balanced. I highly recommend as the menu and staff are great! Thanks for always taking care of us, Maggie!“

“This is a great neighborhood spot! I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is pretty good. They have gluten friendly options which is nice. Just regular every day American food. I do wish the food was a little bit better though. This is really random, but they really don’t like how they serve the specialty coffee drinks. They’re in glass cups that are meant for cold drinks. That wouldn’t prevent me from coming here but I wish they’d change it.“

Sam's Club Cafe Cafe • $$
7370 West 52nd Avenue, Arvada

“I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.“
