I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer...read full review
