“I stopped in last night (5/4/26) around 4 and as usual was impressed with the friendly service and great food. I always notice that when they are super busy, the younger gentleman that works the fryers, is always working super hard and definitely keeps everything running smooth and fast. I mention him because workers like him should be getting top pay or they can easily take their skills elsewhere. I would definitely not like to see him go and I'm sure management feels the same way. Check it out, it's worth it.“

“I really like the food, the burgers are really good, the onion rings are great, the cheese curds are delicious. BUT.... if you try to order an extra patty on a burger, apparently you're speaking in foreign tongues, ordered a guacamole bacon burger with an extra patty tonight and didn't get it. This is the 3rd time they've "forgotten" to correctly give me what I paid for (and there prices have gone up lately, not a lot, but more than it was a couple months ago). From now on, I'll be unwrapping burgers before I leave the drive thru, sorry to anybody behind me in line, but I'm tired of getting screwed 🤬 Otherwise, the staff is always very nice and very polite.“

“Staff is amazingly friendly everytime I've visited. Unfortunstely tgis location seems to be constantly insanely busy, but they are surprisingly quick at getting orders out for how busy they get, and the food is always freshly prepared (well, for a fast food establishment)“

“Only reason not a 5 star on food is because the "Orange Julius" I ordered was nothing like it should be. I don't know if this is a prepackaged item mix, but they need to go back to the drawing board and make this great like it once was. Asking all fans of the orange julius that are old school and give your opinion. Guess I will have to go on-line for the original recipe and make my own. Other than that, our additional items were great! Customer service was outstanding!“

“Called this dairy queen on 5/07/2026 and spoke to Amber in regards to ordering a Mother's Day ice cream cake as I was having a hard time with the mobile app. She was very helpful and had a pleasant personality. She was able to take my order over the phone and have it ready for pick-up on Mother's Day. She made our day super special by personalizing the cake with my wife's name on it.

“We just left the hospital, came in late, and met Tiffany at the counter. She was friendly and provided great service even though it was close to closing. She made us feel welcone and went above and beyond any other experience I've had with fast food. The restaurant was clean and everyone there seemed to enjoy working together. “Culver's is my go-to for a hamburger. The staff is always friendly there the one thing they have trouble with this one I say a single butterburger they always manage to make it a double which is way too much for me Other than that it's great“
