I mention him because workers like him should be getting top pay or they can easily take their skills elsewhere. I would definitely not like to see him go and I'm sure management feels the same way. “The crew that was working night shift on 6/4/26 at around 9:35pm was SO friendly and honestly gave some of the best fast food service that my wife and I have received in Denver since moving here 3 years ago. Keep it up team and we will definitely be back!“

BUT.... if you try to order an extra patty on a burger, apparently you're speaking in foreign tongues, ordered a guacamole bacon burger with an extra patty tonight and didn't get it. This is the 3rd time they've "forgotten" to correctly give me what I paid for (and there prices have gone up lately, not a lot, but more than it was a couple months ago). From now on, I'll be unwrapping burgers before I leave the drive thru, sorry to anybody behind me in line, but I'm tired of getting screwed 🤬 Otherwise, the staff is always very nice and very polite.“

She was able to take my order over the phone and have it ready for pick-up on Mother's Day. She made our day super special by personalizing the cake with my wife's name on it.

He told us since we had a big order they would make everything fresh for us. The food was super fresh and tasted fantastic. This Arby's has always had amazing customer service! He was so kind and thoughtful both times, I had lots of questions the first time and he knew all the ingredients on 5 sandwiches I asked about. In the end i asked if he could just make me something cheesy and meaty. He recommended a French dip with extra cheese. It was soooo good, I went two days later.
