“This place is amazing, Alex is the best! Wish the other workers were like her. Maybe they were having a bad day but they definitely charges me for a regular pizza when I got a mini. They fixed it but the rest of the time the girl that took our order just glared at us while we were eating. I get it we came in 30 mins before close but so did 10 people after us and not once did she just STARE AT ANYONE ELSE.“

“Wrote this review to highlight Izzy! We came in close to closing time, and she greeted us with genuine kindness and welcoming energy. We knew it was late but we really needed some food, and Izzy didn’t let us feel like we were a burden. Getting there so close to closing, we definitely didn’t anticipate such great service and attentiveness! She really made something as small as grabbing a bite to eat such a pleasant experience. “In-N-Out Burger in Arvada has plenty of seating inside and outside. We've been to the other ones in the Denver area and this one has the most seating. If you are looking for a good burger and you know what In-N-Out serves then this is a good one to visit.“

“The service was good, the people were friendly. The food on the other hand was not too good. The chicken bowl was not fresh. The chicken was stale, the potatoes were not hot and very little gravy. The burrito was good. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon all the food should be fresh.“

“I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️“

“The woman who just handed me my mobile oder at the counter was so genuinely sweet I had to write a review, I didn't catch her name but she had big lemon earrings in and short blonde hair that was in pig tails I believe. Something about the way she spoke was just so much more than customer service and I felt so seen in such a mundane interaction where I wouldn't normally expect that. All the other employees are so nice as well!! I always have a great experience here.“

“It's and Arby's. The greek gyro, classic roast beef, and jalapeno poppers delivered as always. My only issue is price. I could have sworn that the classic Arby's roast beef was affordable at some point. Maybe I am wrong... One star off for price, but the food and service were fine.“
