“We went through the drive-thru. We got all of the onigiri, and they were the best we’ve had in Denver, including from grocery stores and pop-ups. Well-seasoned with warm + sticky rice. It’s great there is a vegetarian option as well, and it’s the best umeboshi I’ve had here!They also have bowls (some with bland steamed veggies), sushi, ramen, etc.The main problem is we live near Denver downtown so it’s not close enough grrr lol.Vegetarian options: There is one umeboshi onigiri, tofu appetizer, edamame, a sad-looking veggie bowl, sobaghetti, udon, 2 veg sushi, tempura, and a few desserts.Parking: There is also a drive-thru.“

With the recent addition of smashed burgers to their menu...absolute 5 star local favorite.Good customer service, the atmosphere is nice, most importantly the good is mouth watering. “I have to admit..... We love the food here!! It's always delicious. The customer service is lacking, but that's not the beef I have.HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION........ I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification.It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name.Do better El Pollo Loco!! Not what your customer wants to deal with after a really long day at work AND this sort of service brings down the excellence of your product.“
