I have to admit..... We love the food here!! It's always delicious. The customer service is lacking, but that's not the beef I have.HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION........ For $13, I got: a $5, tiny scoop of dry, "kfc" (made from a box) mashed potatoes w a drizzle of gravy, a small, dilapidated chicken taco & 1 full avocado chicken taco. The chicken does taste good. No drink. Not impressed.
This is the second El Pollo Loco location in Colorado (being in Arvada). I've also been to El Pollo Loco in California and Nevada. I've been eating here for the past 3 months since it opened in November 2023. I really enjoy the burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and tostadas here like the rest.
