“At first, we were like “wuhhh this is the longest Chic a fil has ever taken”…we had to pull over and wait for about 8 minutes. Then the guy came out with our order of two milkshakes and apologized explaining how the car in front of us had ordered 10 milkshakes and he was the only one on duty. Not only did he apologize, he came bearing like 4 free sandwich coupons just for us. Right when we think chic fil a will disappoint, they redeem themselves and earn 5 stars (at least from me)! Way to go chic fil a. Christ-like service. They care and it shows.“

“I am learning that if businesses don't promote rating their business on Google, Yelp or Facebook then they typically have terrible ratings. These businesses serve hundreds of customers successfully but only the handful that had a "bad" experience make the effort to review so the business looks awful on social media. My family has visited this restaurant several times and have received excellent food and service each time. I highly recommend this business. You won't go wrong spending your money here.“

“Kickin Chicken is absolutely amazing. We found this place because my girlfriend has Celiac’s and it’s really hard to find a Gluten Free fried chicken, but we’ve found our go-to place now in Kickin Chicken! The chicken here is so flavorful and crispy, with just the right amount of spice. They are also gigantic tenders. The Golden Garlic Blue Cheese sauce is outstanding. If they bottled that stuff, I’d buy 10 of them right now. All the sauces are great though. The staff is great and always helpful. They keep the place clean and clear tables quickly after customers leave. And the prices are also great, you definitely get your money’s worth. “Gotta love a good fried chicken sandwhich. First time being to this location, and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the number 3 (good size Slider w/ a tender and fries) and the number 4 ( 1 slider with fries). The fries are tossed in seasoning, which make them stand out to be delicious. I love the spice they have here too. Reaper and XXHot are the way to go if you like spicy. I needed two reaper sandwhiches and a tender because it's so good. Great staff, plenty of seating. Street parking. Food comes out hot always.“
“I have to admit..... We love the food here!! It's always delicious. The customer service is lacking, but that's not the beef I have.HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION........ I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification.It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name.Do better El Pollo Loco!! Not what your customer wants to deal with after a really long day at work AND this sort of service brings down the excellence of your product.“
