While the street corn one was slightly dry, the nice gentleman working the window gave us one of each salsa, which were delicious. It's like a Mexican KFC and next time I'm going to order a family meal. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“The woman who just handed me my mobile oder at the counter was so genuinely sweet I had to write a review, I didn't catch her name but she had big lemon earrings in and short blonde hair that was in pig tails I believe. Something about the way she spoke was just so much more than customer service and I felt so seen in such a mundane interaction where I wouldn't normally expect that. “Visited for the first time ever. My gf and I both ordered the 2 sliders meal. It was good… although I’m eager to return and just try the tenders, which appear first on the menu. Upon returning and trying the chicken alone by itself, I could easily upgrade this to a 5.

⚠️ TO THE SPICE LOVERS OUT THERE ⚠️ Many reviewers say that it’s really hot chicken. If you eat spicy foods regularly and have a higher tolerance, I would suggest ordering extra hot or the hottest option available. I tried hot which is 2 below the hottest available option. It had heat to it, but it wasn’t in the optimal area of satisfaction VS spice. Coming from a person that eats more spicy things than the average person.

Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal and absolutely clobbered it. The pickles offered on the side are a nice touch. They taste fresh, and I’m sure go well with any slider or tender. I chose to eat them on their own, which I imagine can be a nice spice break if you order one of the hotter options. The sliders that we had (pictured) had cheese added… and alongside the coleslaw I’m sure numbed some of the pain.

Overall as a spice lover… I was left satisfied but wondering just how good it could get. So I recommend if you like spicy spicy things try extra hot at a minimal. If you don’t like spice at all order something much less and you will still have an enjoyable experience. It’s good chicken no doubt, blows Caine’s out of the water as far as quality goes. Small, simple menu that delivers the execution you expect from a chain with such dedication to smaller perfections!“

“The small menu might look underwhelming at first, but every item is cooked fresh and hits the spot every time. I would highly recommend the sweet chili sauce on just about everything they make, but my personal favorite is the Katsu Chicken Fried Rice with Vietnamese Slaw. The artwork on the walls always makes me smile, and the staff are always welcoming and quick to help if you need anything. It's a great little place to stop for kids and grown-ups alike!“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“This was our first time having Birdcall and the food was delicious, the vegetarian patty was also amazing! There was a small wait in the drive through and Niaya was absolutely amazing, so friendly, kind and unnecessarily apologetic. Kudos to Niaya!“

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.
I had no interaction with staff, there was a digital board indicating when my order was up and I gave my phone# and was notified that way where to pick it up. Very efficient.“

When I questioned how it could possibly be nearly $30 for ten chicken minis and a Coke the supervisor was put on and she confirmed that it was indeed the price. I can order a 4 count mini for $4.19 but a ten count is nearly 30 bucks? So your chicken minis cost three bucks each??? Thanks for wasting my time this morning!“
