I am one of those that has never really enjoyed buffalo style chicken but the house Kickn sauce is right up my alley! Had the chicken sandwich medium level and the chicken katsu medium level. They were amazing!! Loved the batter on the chicken and the katsu sauce was great as well. Mac salad and mexican street corn sides were really good. I will be back to try the wings next time! “I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

Trying to hold a squirming, hungry toddler in a standard booth while eating a massive, sauce-dripping chicken sandwich is an extreme sport I did not train for. I ended up eating my lunch over my kid’s head like a mama bird, which I guess fits the theme, but still.
5 stars because the food is just that good, but please, Birdcall—buy a couple of high chairs so my biceps can take a break.“

Not only is Chook healthy, it's also very yummy. Tons of side dishes including vegetables and salads. I've been looking at Chook every time I pass by - my mouth watering - for probably several years, and just now stopped to try it for lunch. I had a salad and the shredded chicken. I will definitely be back for more, with friends.“

“It was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and I have to say it absolutely lived up to the hype! I’d heard so many great things, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single one of the ladies was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They were incredibly helpful, made me feel right at home, and turned a simple lunch stop into such a memorable experience.

I took home the Sassy Scotty and Classic Carol with crackers and the buttery croissant pieces, and it made the ultimate girl dinner. Paired with a good murder mystery, it was the perfect cozy evening. Every bite was so flavorful, and I can already tell I’ll be back to try more.

And don’t even get me started on those cookies… do NOT sleep on them! Thank goodness they’re individually wrapped because if they came any other way, I’d be leaving with a whole box every time. 😂

“I highly recommend this place if you love meals with chicken! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. The kiosk on the left was very easy to use. We got a chicken sandwich, truffle fries, nuggets, and a drink. The place was very clean and the employee dropped off our order at our table. He went around to make sure we were satisfied with our food as well and we appreciated that! The food can be a little pricey but the quality is definitely worth it. I would definitely come back again!“

“Do not eat here if you don't like seasoned food. This is not for the boiled chicken crowd. The best, hand down, chicken in the city. There are no scraps left on these bones. The tortillas are amazing, the rice is flavorful, the melon juice is spot on. No complaints at all.“

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.
