“Visited for the first time ever. My gf and I both ordered the 2 sliders meal. It was good… although I’m eager to return and just try the tenders, which appear first on the menu. Upon returning and trying the chicken alone by itself, I could easily upgrade this to a 5.

⚠️ TO THE SPICE LOVERS OUT THERE ⚠️ Many reviewers say that it’s really hot chicken. If you eat spicy foods regularly and have a higher tolerance, I would suggest ordering extra hot or the hottest option available. I tried hot which is 2 below the hottest available option. It had heat to it, but it wasn’t in the optimal area of satisfaction VS spice. Coming from a person that eats more spicy things than the average person.

Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal and absolutely clobbered it. The pickles offered on the side are a nice touch. They taste fresh, and I’m sure go well with any slider or tender. I chose to eat them on their own, which I imagine can be a nice spice break if you order one of the hotter options. The sliders that we had (pictured) had cheese added… and alongside the coleslaw I’m sure numbed some of the pain.

Overall as a spice lover… I was left satisfied but wondering just how good it could get. So I recommend if you like spicy spicy things try extra hot at a minimal. If you don’t like spice at all order something much less and you will still have an enjoyable experience. It’s good chicken no doubt, blows Caine’s out of the water as far as quality goes. Small, simple menu that delivers the execution you expect from a chain with such dedication to smaller perfections!“

“Kind of a hole in the wall looking place with AMAZING food. Get the chicken Caesar wrap and you won’t be disappointed (I didn’t see it on their online or in store menu but it was on their online ordering system). I got it spicy and it had a great kick. Even medium, which my boyfriend got, was a bit too much for him (but he can’t handle spice). For $9.50, the wraps were phenomenal and filling. There was so much chicken and the sauce to everything ratio was on point. Our friend got the chicken katsu platter with fried rice, mac salad, and Mexican corn. What a HUGE portion it was! Easily two meals for under $20. Tons of flavor and they don’t skimp on portion sizes.

I’ve had this place on a list of places to try for a while and I’m so glad we finally tried it. I will be back again.“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“Really good place! Ordered takeout and got the dark meat, 3 sauces (macha, piri piri, chimichurri), mixed veggies & mashed w gravy.

The sauces are amazing & have such good flavor. The veggies have a unique cashew sauce of them which I never had before but really enjoyed it! The chicken is classic rotisserie chicken, tender & falls off the bone.

We got a chicken sandwich, truffle fries, nuggets, and a drink. The place was very clean and the employee dropped off our order at our table. He went around to make sure we were satisfied with our food as well and we appreciated that! The food can be a little pricey but the quality is definitely worth it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.
I had no interaction with staff, there was a digital board indicating when my order was up and I gave my phone# and was notified that way where to pick it up. Very efficient.“

I like this place also ice coffee doesn't have a size just small.
And there was a customer from whom decided to whisper into my ear as I left the building that I needed to take a shower or that I smell bad don't really need that kind of a sexual assault happening when I'm trying to leave the business. If you're going to tell me that I smell bad or I need to take a shower at least let me give you an answer or like just tell me you don't need to whisper in my ear.“

“Clearly you must be having some training issues at your store as I just ordered a 10piece mini and a coke and was told it was $29 and change. When I questioned how it could possibly be nearly $30 for ten chicken minis and a Coke the supervisor was put on and she confirmed that it was indeed the price. I can order a 4 count mini for $4.19 but a ten count is nearly 30 bucks? So your chicken minis cost three bucks each??? Thanks for wasting my time this morning!“

“While the chicken sandwich left a bit to be desired, I came back for a $4.20 deal that included a pot pie and a drink. The pot pie was much bigger than it appeared in the deal image and they had A&W root beer. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.“
