“This spot delivers a mouthwatering chicken sandwich with an authentic Korean twist. The flavors are bold and satisfying, staying true to the essence of Korean cuisine. While the ambiance could use a bit of sprucing up, the star here is undoubtedly the food. Four out of five stars for an unforgettable culinary experience.“
“I got the two piece meal. Despite it being more salty than I'd prefer, it tasted great and I finished both pieces. I ordered the hot and it brought some great heat. The extra hot might have been too hot for me so I'm glad I played it safe. I'll be back to check on the salt levels. If it were less salty, it would be perfect!Wheelchair accessibility: I see a one person elevator inside the restaurant.“
“First time!! They are related to Marco's Coal Fired pizza located in downtown Denver and in the Denver Tech Center. They offer two types of pizza, Silician deep pan and New York style thin crust + salads and chicken strips. They offer both alcoholic and soft drinks. There was also a cooler with cake and cannoli. I was intrigued by their version of deep pan pizza since most versions are dense and very chewy. Their's was fluffy and a bit chewy. I got the small (4 slice) Hot Honey Pepperoni with marinara sauce & brick cheese drizzled with hot honey. I added Italian sausage and fresh jalapeños. It was garnished with Ricotta flowerettes on top. A large amount of food for only $19. I ate 2 slices and took the rest home. But before the pizza, I got a tossed Caesar salad for $6.50; I got a large bowl with lots of croutons and grated cheese. I ate the whole thing! I washed it down with a can of Fat Tire Ale from New Belgium Brewing. I also got a slice (turned out to be 2 pieces) of frosted yellow cake for $5 for takeout. You order at the counter, they handed me a table sign and brought the food out in short order. I sat inside. Plenty of seating + 2 outside areas. The south side is enclosed with see through plastic windows that can pulled up and a separate west side for warmer days. I learned that when Dough Counter opened last September, Marco's decided to discontinue their deep pan pizza elsewhere. So you can only get it at Dough Counter. They have a separate rewards program. The charge a 4% fee for kitchen staff.“
“This is my first time here at birdcall. I cannot express my feeling enough for the help of Perla she helped me so much with the menu and gave me the best recommendations. And with the food incredible. So fresh, hot and fast. Again Perla is the best at her job. Give this gentle care woman a raise!!! Will come here again.“
“Gotta love a good fried chicken sandwhich. First time being to this location, and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the number 3 (good size Slider w/ a tender and fries) and the number 4 ( 1 slider with fries). The fries are tossed in seasoning, which make them stand out to be delicious. I love the spice they have here too. Reaper and XXHot are the way to go if you like spicy. I needed two reaper sandwhiches and a tender because it's so good. Great staff, plenty of seating. Street parking. Food comes out hot always.“
“I have to admit..... We love the food here!! It's always delicious. The customer service is lacking, but that's not the beef I have.HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION........ I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification. It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name.Do better El Pollo Loco!! Not what your customer wants to deal with after a really long day at work AND this sort of service brings down the excellence of your product.“
“Great food, even better service. Always look forward to this place. I always try the newest sandwich and have never been disappointed. Lu always makes sure my buddy gets a pupcup, too. Love the Birdcall IPA and the milkshake with vodka is awesome too. Can't recommend it enough.“
“Went lastnight after Nuggets watch party. Was the perfect vibe. Had a misunderstanding over someone that was supposed to meet up with us. And let me just say Georgie was was awesome. He listened to my concerns and helped the situation instead of trying to be like other places and saying take your business elsewhere. Honestly it's hard to find bars/clubs that actually see people instead of just dollar signs. The bartender was very sweet also. Security guard was funny. all around great environment!!!“
“This, by far, is the BEST place for chicken sandwiches in all of Colorado. I'm a chicken sandwich snob and I'm always on the hunt for the best one I can find. I literally travel an hour out of my way so that I can enjoy this place and their food! And don't stop yourself at chicken sandwich, because EVERYTHING on their menu is beautifully and deliciously crafted. Every. Single. Time that I try something new, my mouth is watering off in another flavorful dimension.Every. Single. Bite needs its own moment of silence and appreciation. And if the food wasn't already enough - the beautiful customer service, love in every detail, and overall compassion that the owner and business have for every single one of it's valued customers will bring you back in.It is SO crystal clear how much Slammin' Chicken is passionate about its food and customers. And it's even MORE obvious how much us, their valued Slammin' customers, LOVE this place. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Please do yourself a flavor and become a part of this beautiful Slammin' experience!!!“
“I came into Denver for a few days and I’ve eaten here now three times… Absolutely amazing atmosphere, service, and food. The happy hour chicken sandwich is the best chicken I’ve had in years, maybe it’s the homemade cheddar biscuits they go in.They have such the perfect atmosphere to hang out and enjoy yourself, happy to have spent so much time in a short amount of time but when you know what you want…Townie IPA is my choice but it’s 2 for 1 on all pints during HH2 for 10 chx slidersHappy Hour is 4-6Get you some!Vegetarian options: Menu is labeled for Vegetarians and seems pretty well organized to accommodate.Dietary restrictions: The menu is labeled well for gluten allergies, seems like a pretty balanced menu to choose from.“
“Absolutely incredible food! This is my second time here in less than a month. This time we enjoyed the half bird, chicken tenders, the post chicken sandwich, a large fry, regular mac n cheese, green chile mac n cheese, and of course BISCUITS! If I could recommend anything to anyone reading this… it is the biscuits. They are heaven in carbs! For dessert, I definitely recommend the whoopie pie. It is made entirely from scratch in house. Thank you for wonderful service Victoria. Thank you to Marcus, Phillip, and Nate for great conversation! I will be back ASAP!“
“Went here and sat at the bar the other day. The food was amazing. We got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken so so good and flavorful. The young woman (stefany) who helped us was also extremely friendly and helpful. Stefany lets us have a few samples of sauces to make sure we made the right decision for our sandwiches. Probably the best fired chicken Sammie's I've had in Denver. Will be back this week“
“I thought Costco was the pinnacle of rotisserie chicken. Boy, was I wrong! The meal for two is a perfect option for dinner. The mixed vegetables, wedges, and Greek salad was a hit for my family. I'm very happy to have a place to go for those nights that require a quick dinner option. Love Chook!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for those with gluten and dairy allergies. The team at Chook is able to modify almost anything to meet your requirements.“
“This is our go-to neighborhood cocktail (& coffee) bar. It’s so cute, a bit sexy even, has a large bar with adorable decor & tables. Exceptional cocktails too with all day happy hour on Sundays (& 2-6pm on Saturdays and 4-6pm M-F). They have breakfast burritos and pasties if you order coffee in the AMs.“
“Was so happy to find this place! I was attempting to return some reusable containers we got from DeliverZero for take out at another place and this restaurant accepts those containers to be returned. We were there to try out the food because the menu looked really good. had the Choook for You and the chicken curry sandwich as well as margarita. First off. They do a FANTASTIC job eliminating single use plastics. All utensils, dishes and cups are reused. They have a water dispenser that you can get your own water. Not only was the food delicious I felt so great eating in a place that is doing good by the environment. The place is small but so cozy it feels like a neighborhood joint. If you order take out, you have the option of paying just $1 for the whole order to get the DeliverZero containers and then just return them in 3 weeks so you don't get charged. We will be eating here regularly!“
“I've always ordered inside where you can do it at a podium. But you can do it online or go through the drive-thru. They have a great selection of sandwiches and even a sandwich of the month. Healthy salads and organic sodas, the best banana cream pie shake and even cocktails. I think they have the best chicken!!!“
“Excellent service, the attention from the person in charge of the George box very good, I explained the new menu that was implemented I decided to try it and very delicious, the seasoning and the flavor of the food is delicious. A good place to share with the family.“
“Great food at amazing prices. For around $7.50-8 you can get a plate of fried rice or noodles or half and half, two entree scoops ( the jalapeño chicken is crazy good ), and 1 egg roll or 2 cheese wontons.I just ordered that plate and an order of 6 extra wontons and it was $11.72 with a $1 tip. The staff is very friendly. My wife used to come here and told me it was like cheaper Panda Express but I was sleeping on them and she’s right. It’s fire and great prices.“
“Woah, I haven't reviewed Music City Hot Chicken? Shame on me.This easily has to be some of the best hot chicken in the city. Why? It's actually hot! I'm getting sick and tired of every restaurant in town putting a hot chicken sandwich on the menu and it possessing barely any heat. Hot chicken is hot chicken. Let's keep it that way!Best of all, Music City Hot Chicken is located inside one of my favorite places, TRVE Brewing. Hot chicken, beer and metal? Sign me up. AND CARVE SLAYER INTO YOUR FOREARMS WHILE YOU'RE AT IT.Service is quick. You order at the counter and in 10 minutes you pick up your food and enjoy. Music City's forte are their hot chicken tenders. If you can't handle the heat they have lower levels of spiciness. Also I'm pretty sure they make their own sauces, and it makes all the difference in the world.Don't sleep on this humble slice of hot chicken heaven.“
“Chick-fil-A: Where the Chickens are Happier Than Your Ex After a Breakup!Move over, fast-food mediocrity! Chick-fil-A has somehow cracked the code to making chickens so ecstatic that I'm considering attending their next poultry pep rally. Forget "Eat mor chikin"; it should be "Eat chikin that lived a better life than you."The drive-thru line was quicker than my attempts at avoiding eye contact when someone says, "Let's split the bill evenly." The staff here is so friendly; I half-expected them to invite me to a backyard barbecue with the cows. Do cows even have barbecues? As for the waffle fries, I've decided they must be made from potatoes that moonlight as comedians because they had me laughing with every crispy bite. And don't get me started on the sweet tea; it's so sweet, I suspect they may have a secret sugar fairy hiding in the kitchen. In conclusion, Chick-fil-A, you've set the bar so high, I'm convinced your cows are writing Shakespearean plays in their free time. If you haven't tried it yet, your taste buds are missing out on the flavor party of the century. Move over, Michelin stars; Chick-fil-A deserves a constellation!“
“Best Chick-fil-A in Colorado.. maybe the world. I don’t normally review cfa either because they’re all kept to such a high standard that you can pretty much expect greatness no matter where you are. However, this sanctuary for the lords chicken was so well kept and the staff was so extraordinary that they deserved some extra praise. Especially our chicken concierge Zachary who went above and beyond to ensure his guest had the best breakfast experience possible.“
“I just tried this for the first time and it was amazing! I got the Mala bone in wings. The skin was extra crispy, the meat was tender, Nd the sauce was a glossy, flavorful balance of sweet and heat. These wings were perfection, I will be back!“
“Seriously good food. Im an avid and prolific chic-fil-a fan, but blazing birds might just be better. With the recent addition of smashed burgers to their menu...absolute 5 star local favorite.Good customer service, the atmosphere is nice, most importantly the good is mouth watering. (Also dont miss the deep fried oreos)“
“I came in during a snow storm and got a perfectly smashed burger(bad pic, good burger) with great toppings. The staff was friendly, and the burger was really awesome. The girl behind the counter even let me practice my Spanish which I’m very fond of nowadays “
“Parking is crowded and confusing. Don't turn right to park unless you a place open. Else the coned off exit so you have no where to go. Better to use drive up or park in front of vacant old Hobby Lobby across the street if dining in. It was crowded on a Tuesday at lunchtime inside. But food is still good.“
“Ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, fries, & onion rings. Everything was DELICIOUS! Placed the order online for pickup which made things easy. The food traveled surprisingly well. I can only imagine how it would taste on the spot. The spicy level on the hot chicken was actually spicy which is so rare anymore. Flavors were good and the servings were larger than I expected.“
