Absolutely amazing service. Took four kiddos for my son’s birthday dinner and when the credit processing machine went down, the team was awesome and still got our dinners out hot and fresh. Huge appreciation for the manager stepping in tonight without asking and doing everything he could to make it right 👍👍👍😊💕
I came in around noon and was met with a greeting from a very nice young girl named Drew. They were very patient with me and extremely friendly I found it very welcoming. I ordered the Bacon burger all the way with no onions and it came out within 5-6 minutes fresh and delicious. Overall this was an extremely positive experience and I will be coming again when given the opportunity.
Managers usually only hear when things go wrong, but I wanted to reach out because Roman gave my family the absolute best service today.
