“We had my son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner at BJ’s in Lakewood. I had to plan this from 1600 miles away but the process was easy and we were able to communicate on all of the details via email. On the day of the event, the manager and staff (Jamilla and David especially) were very accommodating and helpful. Food was great, the drinks were varied and came quickly to our 50+ guests. “This is an excellent bar and grill. We ate dinner here after arriving in town for a wedding the next day. We ate at the bar so I'm not sure what the rest of the restaurant looks like inside. There is also outdoor seating. The menu is decent with plenty of options depending on whether you want small plates or a full meal. The food was very good. The drinks selection is good and the bar tender was very friendly. We had a good time talking to some of the locals while having a few drinks. Would definitely visit again if we're ever in the area. Didn't think to take any pictures.“

“I don't believe I've ever written an online review, but after my experience living here for the past couple of years, I felt it important to share my perspective. First - all apartment complexes will have their issues. Whether it be maintenance issues, some dog poop, an occasional delay on fixing a piece of gym equipment, whatever. Those things happen.

What matters to me is how people respond when things go wrong. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but Gabe and his staff here have been excellent through and through. He is a real person, a problem solver, and I have always gotten the vibe from him that he wants the best for the people who live in this complex. He has worked to find a solution anytime we had an issue while living here for the past 2+ years.

We are about to move out in the next couple of months (not to another apartment, but to our first home), and even the transition to a month-to-month lease was something he made very easy and doable for us. I feel I could keep saying positive things about him (like the time he got his personal jump pack out of his truck to get my car started when I was late running to work), but I've made my point. He is exactly the kind of manager you hope to have.

Maintenance staff are competent and friendly compared to past places I have lived. The apartments are pretty new, and it's clear the staff want to keep the community clean and cared for. We've genuinely enjoyed living here.

If you appreciate customer service and real people, I do think this place is worth considering.“

“Great music on Wednesday nights!! Open jam night. If you are a fan of really good music, make it down! Last night, the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen were at the bar. Bartender said that a guy who works there grows them. Really incredible. I was able to include a picture of Billy Rendon, but for some reason could not upload any of the video of their band playing at Lakewood Grill last night. They never disappoint and people love them.“

“I was super confused because it is Denny's. The staff helped me and were super friendly. In town for a concert and I might go back after the show. The veggie burger is huge and delicious. Meat eater or vegetarian, the burger is so much better than Red Robin and half the price.“

“On our first visit to Simms I was impressed. The food, views and service were AMAZING!
My husband and I went to Sunday brunch, and there was everything I desired in a champagne brunch.
There was prime rib, shrimp, crab legs, and made to order omelettes, French toast, and waffles. Other brunch traditional favorites, pastries, and salad.

We talked about our experience, the food and atmosphere on the way home. We also discussed the friends and family were would like to take there on our return trips we will be having there in the near future.
