Spacious! The management team is super friendly and always quick to address any concerns. Plus, the location is great with amazing Asian restaurants nearby, grocery store, Walgreens, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!
Just moved in and I am loving it. The little details in each home really make Novel so unique and timeless. The team is incredible and the amenities are places you want to be in and use! Great place to call home.

My husband and I have loved living here so far! It’s very well kept and quiet, and the amenities are REALLY nice. I’ve especially loved the creek that we walk our dog around behind the complex that always has ducks and geese swimming in it. And on top of that, our management has been spectacular to work with and are super supportive! By far the best place we’ve lived in!
