Mother Other Reviews
I watched the Great food truck show and have followed the crew ever since. Excited for the brick and mortar location, which did not disappoint. High quality vegan food with great taste! Love how it’s not just mock meat and highly processed, as some vegan restaurants tend to be. Definitely in my top 2 for Denver!

Very nice food, excellent presentation and very attentive staff.
Holy cowless!!! I am not sure I have the words to adequately describe what an absolutely perfect anniversary dinner my husband and I had, but I will try.
First off, the folks who run this place are so absolutely delightful and deserve all the success. They are warm and welcoming, and so damn good at what they do.
Secondly, they have surrounded themselves with such amazing people to work with. Bama took care of us this evening and I have rarely run into a more delightful...read full review

Mother Other is a restaurant in Denver that offers a lovely upscale setting for creative food and cocktails. The service is warm and knowledgeable. The location is unusual but it works, especially for patio seating where it is not too noisy. The space is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, with a gorgeous well maintained open kitchen. Guests are shocked to learn it has only been open for about three months, as everyone is knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly well trained.
The food is phenomenal, with so much attention to detail in the presentation, and everyone genuinely cares about the mission of the restaurant. Standout dishes include the Parker house rolls, shareable dumplings, Japanese sweet potato, pierogi, grits, Giarancini, and charred cabbage. The Japanese sweet potato is excellent with a good amount of heat and crunch, and the Giarancini are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy inside. The pierogi are tasty, especially with the kraut and apples, and the grits are good, perhaps a bit on the oily side. The dumplings have a savory mushroom flavor with the sweet peas. The carrot cake and the donuts are also mentioned. The butter for the rolls could use a smidge of salt. The restaurant is recommended for a true comfort meal, a date night, or a birthday celebration, though it can be unbearably loud inside.
