Love Watercourse! Plant-based, made from scratch food! Their vegan cheese board is my faaaav. Also had gyro and mushroom cheesesteak. Desserts are amazing as well! Gluten free options!
I always come here when I’m in Denver and it never ever disappoints. Everything is delicious (especially the benedict at brunch). My parents (i.e. non-vegans) are also always blown away by the food and ambiance. I love love love this place so much!
