Mercantile Dining and Provision is a nice spot to relax and grab a meal, especially for those waiting at Union Station. The dining space is very nice, and the staff is pleasant and attentive. The restaurant serves high-quality food, including exceptional baked goods and exquisite dishes like the diver scallops with morels, asparagus, and lentils. While service can be slow at times, especially during busy periods, the food is absolutely fantastic and worth the wait. With complimentary sparkling water and fairly priced drinks, Mercantile Dining and Provision is a great choice, but be aware that a 20% gratuity is added to the bill.
