My wife and I recently visited Mercantile for our Anniversary dinner. The food and service were outstanding. We had snacks, starters and main courses, none of which disappointed. The descriptions were spot on and each item was prepared, seasoned and presented exceptionally. If you are looking for a great meal I would highly recommend this. It used to be really great food with normal portions, but in the past year they've shrunk everything and the food has taken longer and longer to be served. I understand that everything costs more, but when they shrink the portions and then consistently charge you a 20% service fee automatically, it can be a bit frustrating. This used to be my go to work lunch spot, no longer. Not worth it.
