Loved the smothered deluxe burritos with carnitas. It hits the spot every single time I come to town this is my first stop for food. I have not been able to find this type of burrito anywhere else Ive traveled.

This santiagos is one of the best in town. The staff is great. They are also super efficient with getting through orders and getting people in and out as they tend to stay super busy. For a burrito place, they are the model for others to follow. Their breakfast burritos are the most popular item. They switch their specialty meat for the burritos up daily.
