5 stars all around. Best steak I have ever had and Seth was an amazing server. Answered all our questions and our food came out just as he had described.
Oct 2026 update: Was in town and came back to Shanahan's for a second time. It was better this time than it was my first time. We were sat at the same table oddly enough. We ordered the seafood tower and the wagyu skewers. The skewers were off the charts delicious. The truffle mac and cheese was amazing. We got the filet this time and it was cooked perfectly. This is my favorite restaurant in Colorado.

Top notch across the board. I ordered the Colorado Lamb Chops and they were fantastic. The bar was nice and bartenders were very welcoming. I was glad I stopped in while I was in town
