Found a bedazzled Jewel In my chicken wrap. When I asked the lady in drive thru for a refund, she rudely demanded I show her the receipt she failed to give to me when I paid. Even though she just saw me in the drive thru. Then when the manager finally got involved he had a bad attitude and took no accountability. All he had to say was " well everyone wears gloves so.." so clearly he is incompetent, while also lacking accountability AND integrity. You'd be better off having teenagers...read full review
