Placed a two item order online. Selecting pick up in store was a huge mistake. I watched 10+ drive thru orders be filled before ours. Ours took over 24min from time of order. Turns out someone stole it off the pickup shelf.
As someone who worked in fast food, I have a lot of patience and empathy for service workers, but this Taco Bell location has burned me way too many times with missing or incorrect items or straight up charging me for the incorrect meal even after clarifying at the window what I ordered. The owner of this store keeps staffing at an absolute minimum, forcing the active manager to constantly be doing crew work. Let’s be honest, we all know this is true, Taco Bell’s can be hit or miss locations. We’ve only eaten here once, but they knocked it out of the park that time. The food was well portioned and all ingredients were fresh. These people are doing the Lord’s work. 🙏🏼

The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces and offers vegetarian options, making it a solid choice. The location is wheelchair accessible, and it serves as a go-to spot for those on the job. The tables were clean and the bathroom had soap and water.
