Urban Egg is a restaurant with quality food and some of the best service. The service is always great, with staff described as excellent, welcoming, friendly, and fast. The bar staff, in particular, is excellent. Guests were seated very quickly for their party size. The food is SO good. Specific meals mentioned include the blue corn hue is rancheros, the three eggs meal, cinnamon swirl pancakes, gluten free cinnamon swirl pancakes, a chef's special of salmon Benedict, and the steak and eggs. One guest recommends a side plain buttermilk pancake. Their coffee is so excellent. The atmosphere is loved. Even when a meal came out cold, the staff quickly remade it without any hassle and made it right. It is definitely a favorite breakfast spot in the Denver area, and guests will definitely be back.
