Brad’s Pit catered our wedding and our guests can’t stop raving about them! Brad and Jymme were professional, efficient and so helpful with all aspects of set up, prep, serving and helping us break down. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any event. Some of the best BBQ we’ve had in Colorado and we did a lot of tastings. We’ll return each year in our anniversary too!!! Thanks Brad and Jymme!
Brad's Pit BBQ did a phenomenal job catering our wedding, even at our remote and rustic venue! Everyone raved about the food, and they were very accommodating to our guests' various dietary restrictions.
We’ll be long-time customers! We ordered catering, and not only was it very reasonably priced, but they were willing to deliver to Larkspur and set us up with stands and burners. The food was awesome, and our party loved it. Every dish was delicious, and Brad and Jymme were so kind and helpful. Great experience!!!!

Brad's Pit BBQ & Catering offers excellent barbecue with standout items like brisket, baby back rib plate, pulled pork, and wings. The brisket is always great, juicy with thick slices. Ribs are very meaty, hearty, and tender, definitely NOT dry. Sides like potato salad and baked beans are fantastic, with beans made there and smoked. The corn nuggets are a highlight, and the coconut shrimp and brisket sandwich are also top tier. The waffle fries and BBQ are top tier. Service is great, with staff guiding sauce choices and offering beans to try. The restaurant is set up like a takeout place, but shares seating with a next door microbrewery where orders are brought to the table. The only complaints may be not enough BBQ beans and sauce, but the meat is so tender it does not need extra sauce. This is not the same cookie cutter BBQ, offering a really great difference. Staff and owner are very nice and give great suggestions. Highly recommend, will absolutely return.
