“This is the kind of place you accidentally find and then wish you had back home. 🌮 A little food truck with big flavor! The tripa tacos were the highlight of my day!! I loved them so much I literally turned back and ordered 2 more. The brisket was tender, the steak and al pastor were bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were perfectly smothered in grasita for that authentic street taco experience. The green salsa was fresh and flavorful, while the red brought the heat. If you’re in Littleton, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it!!“

There was plenty to go around, and everyone was so impressed they wanted to know where the food came from. The burritos were so big it definitely takes more than one sitting to finish them, the guacamole was beautiful, and everything came hot and clearly labeled. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend working with them for catering. Communication was prompt and clear, the invoice system was easy, and the food was very affordable. I've never gone there for a personal meal, but I would definitely return for one. Delicious!“

Got an assortment of 4 and they were all fire. The quesabirra was off the chain too. 10 bucks for 4 tacos that make you dance is well worth the stop. Where is the Michelin star?? Go next store and buy some beers to enjoy with the meals over the foldable table. Victor (el jefe) is the man and hooked it up. Going back asap.“

The Barbacoa tacos were my favorite Barbacoa I’ve had anywhere. I got them with mild salsa (the green salsa pictured). Make sure you stop by or have them at your event! You won’t be disappointed!“
