Carl is the owner/Pitmaster of this incredible bbq truck and he makes some outstanding bbq. The brisket is fabulous - make sure to get some fatty! The baked beans are delicious. And DO NOT miss out on his homemade banana pudding!! Huge mistake if you do. ?
