Got yelled at by staff after picking up our order. Ordered about 8 pizzas for a party, was told that we need to put a time in for the order next time. We understand that that many pizzas will take longer to make. If you want people to make orders in a specific way, tell people that prior to making the order. I called to see if they were open. An A.I. bot answered and said they’re open till 2:30am. So we drove to the store at 10:40pm. Doors were still unlocked, so I went in to order. They told me I couldn’t order in store, but I could order directly outside their front door in my car and wait. Felt like a lot of unnecessary steps just to order.
We had our order mixed up and they fixed it and gave us great experience. We really liked the woman who helped us out
