When they were out of icing for the cinnamon twists, they offered garlic butter or marinara instead, and said they couldn’t just take the twists off the order. Never going back.

This shop is lazy I have never had this happen before with dominos. it’s my go to when I can afford the 30$ price tag and just to have it come not even finished is upsetting I will no longer be using dominos since there quality has dropped massively and if they are not finishing the food right there is definitely something else they can mess up and make you sick!

Why in the heck does your phone number? Just hang up on you over and over and over again I’ve been trying to call for an hour!
The worst experience at a Dominoes ever. Placed my order at 3 and didn't receive it until 5:30. Do not order delivery from this place. On top of that I have been inside the store and they do not even try to keep a professional environment. The employees are constantly yelling with each other in an aggressive manner. Go to the Mississippi location, or even the Colfax location.

This dominos has gone down hill (they recently hired a new General manager) and now there's a lil white red head lady running around screaming at ppl while a bunch of customers haven't been helped yet and me and one other guy have been here for over 20 minutes and she's been calling for a remake ITS A MESSSS HERE - the pic below is everyone currently waiting Honestly think they'd be better if they had a team who knew how to time manage and knew what they were doing- would also like to mention they're in the middle of a rush but that's why prepping and time management makes all the difference

I would like to give this store a five star review on my next trip.... They didn't have my pizza ready or even made after I ordered online then drive there and waited for twenty minutes. However Armani did a very good job resolving and making up for this issue by comping my order. I would have to say that his actions are what will make me come back to this store in the future... Thank you so much keep doing a great job...

My daughter and I stopped by in a rush on our way to my niece's birthday party. We were instantly greeted with a warm smile by Armani. I had questions on the menu item and he was able to answer them without a problem. Best costumer service we've received in a while and I honestly did not expect that from a pizza place! The place was super clean inside, and they had a comfy bench for us to wait on. Even while plenty of customers came in for pickup Armani had our food out quickly. I'll gladly be returning to this location.

I got pepperoni cheesy bread which could've have been baked a little longer and could've had way more pepperoni, the bacon and cheese loaded tots, those were over cooked and missing sauces the cheese was just burnt and disgusting, the only thing that came good quality was the cookie brownie. It was our second time ordering from here the first time was great as well as the 2nd time also customer service was excellent I needed to take my 2 year old to pick up our pizzas for his party the gentleman that was working there had exceptional customer service and he even was nice enogh to helped me take the 6 items I had order in my truck. Well...this place used to be my go-to because I live close and delivery was always top notch. I decided to do a carryout since I was out and about. I ordered the wings and a large one topping pizza. Pizza was fine but the wings were not fully cooked! I saw the guy making them, he just took it out of the oven and sauced it up while chit chatting with his co workers, no quality control check whatsoever...I could see from the counter those things were not fully done yet. They are now in the trash.

Asked for no mushrooms and they took it upon themselves to also leave out green peppers. Some 'specialty pizza' this is. This isn't the first time they've really messed up our order when asking for no mushrooms.
