Don’t mean to to say I’m some type of expert but I travel for work and love meat so I’ve eaten BBQ in TX, OK, CO, KS, MO and most other western states and this is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had - wow. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends, jalapeño cheddar sausage, pulled chicken. All of it amazing. I showed up right when they started serving at 11 and I’m glad I did because I would be shocked if they don’t sell out every day! “Seriously the best taco truck I’ve had. Had a carne asada quesadilla and street tacos, kids quesadillas and a sample new item they’re trying out. A family of 6 with picky kids devoured everything! “These guys are amazing! They catered our backyard wedding. We had awesome communication the whole time. Melinda made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. From appetizers, the bar and bartender… She even coordinated with the bakery for our cake and dessert. The pizza is DELICIOUS!! ( and I’m critical-lol).
