“What a great local coffee shop! I had the pleasure of meeting Dan when I stopped in looking for fresh espresso beans for my new espresso machine. I told him I was completely new to making espresso at home, and he could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

Dan recommended the Catalyst and even poured me a double shot so I could taste it before buying a bag. It was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and when I asked about grind size, he even ground a small sample for me so I would have something to compare against when setting up my own grinder at home.

I kept that little cup of grounds, and it made my kitchen smell amazing! It was such a thoughtful and generous thing to do.

I have been enjoying the Catalyst at home and absolutely love it. More than anything, I appreciated how kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant Dan was. This is exactly the kind of local business I love supporting.

“I had such a great experience here, especially for my first visit! The girl taking orders at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made me feel genuinely happy and welcome to be there.

I ordered the Cherry Tiramisu Latte, but I’m not a big fan of cherry. They were more than happy to customize it for me by removing the cherry flavor and replacing it with something else, which I really appreciated. The drink turned out great!

I also ordered a burrito, and it came out fresh and piping hot. Overall, the service was warm, accommodating, and friendly. Such a great first impression—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“My husband and I were there in early October and loved the crepes and the atmosphere! We live in New York and were visiting our son who has recently bought a house nearby. We were exploring the area and want to encourage my son and his wife to discover their community. Its a gem of a business right in downtown Parker... and its important to support small businesses like them. Now I'm trying to buy gift certificates from La Petite Creperie...I emailed them through their website late on Sunday when hours showed they were closed ...I hope I hear from them.“

Shop, is absolutely the best! I purely believe it’s better than Dutch bros and Starbucks! Got my first coffee yesterday and today I got a coffee and a smoothie and they are both phenomenal. Understanding their hours are not long, so if you work overnights, probably something you’d have to wait until the end of your shift for, however, I will be back the next time I petsit out here! “Polite and courteous service. Ordered some green tea double sweet and it came just barely sweet, but I also realize that's the standard in this part of the country, so I have to cut them some slack. The attendant said the oven was broken so I couldn't get any actual food, which is what I came to get, which was somewhat annoying. But the attendant nonetheless did their best with what they had.“
