“Gluten free donuts were perfect.
Staff had headphones in and was dismissive as I tried to ensure that the donuts and glazes were indeed 100% gluten free. But glad to say there were no allergic reactions from the recipient.

“I went there with my wife and two kids on a Sunday mid morning. We were sat down right away, ordered and the food was ready very quickly. My daughter did not like the sour cream on her side of potatoes so the manager came by and made here a new order (without sour cream) right away. Service like that has been forgotten, he just wanted us happy. You will not go home hungry as the portions are big and the food is great. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much.“

“I have visited this location frequently over the past few years, and I’ve noticed nothing but improvement over the past year, the baristas genuinely seem to like working there and do a great job keeping the place clean and efficient. My wife is very particular about her green tea and the baristas always make it perfectly; before we even order too! We look forward to the many more visits we will make to this location!“
“I am somewhat of a coffee enthusiast, and usually generally unimpressed by Starbucks. However, this morning I was absolutely blown away buy the level of knowledge and helpfulness from the barista, Susan. I expressed to her that usually when I get lattes from Starbucks, I can hardly taste the espresso. She recommended an alternative, and described in detail why her recommended alternative was a good solution to my issue. The end result was the best latte I have ever tasted from any Starbucks! I will definitely come back to this location, especially if Susan is working!“

“First visit to this new Highlands Ranch location and it delivered. Midday on a Monday meant a relaxed vibe, but the staff was still attentive and dialed in. I ordered a standard latte and it was exactly what you want from a coffee shop. Smooth, balanced, and made right.
The bathrooms were clean (I’d label it a safe place) and there was plenty of seating. And not just seating…Legitimately comfortable chairs. Some of the best I have experienced in a coffee shop.
The music selection was solid and on-brand, though just a touch loud for a work call. With today’s noise canceling tech, it was manageable, not quite “step outside” loud, but enough to make you wonder if your quarterly update now has a soundtrack. That said, it would be ideal for a therapy session… Nothing like a little ambient cover to protect an emotional breakthrough moment.
As for cleanliness, nothing dramatic. It’s not “call a hazmat team” level like my neighbor’s entire home and garage-based bakery, but a quick tidying would sharpen the edges of a great experience.
Moses found the chairs so plush he took a nap (which feels ironic inside a temple dedicated to caffeine).
All in, the flavors and prices beat any *bucks I have visited lately. Moses recommends.“

“Shoutout to the crew at Lost Coffee's Springer Location!
I came here last week when they were hosting a tasting event to launch their limited edition blend as a partnership with Carboy, and it was awesome.
The store was packed, as you'd expect, but the staff behind the bar were still as excellent, gracious, and hospitable as ever. The same is true for folks running the tasting as well. They had TED Talk like knowledge about their product and the passion for what they do - and the people they do it for - poured out of them.
Lost is a wonderful plsce to go for good coffee drinks - whether classic forms or their seasonal offerings (which are more unique than other places) - but its an even better place to stay because of the way they treat you while you're there.“
