I came here last week when they were hosting a tasting event to launch their limited edition blend as a partnership with Carboy, and it was awesome.
The store was packed, as you'd expect, but the staff behind the bar were still as excellent, gracious, and hospitable as ever. The same is true for folks running the tasting as well. They had TED Talk like knowledge about their product and the passion for what they do - and the people they do it for - poured out of them.
Lost is a wonderful plsce to go for good coffee drinks - whether classic forms or their seasonal offerings (which are more unique than other places) - but its an even better place to stay because of the way they treat you while you're there.“

“I went there with my wife and two kids on a Sunday mid morning. We were sat down right away, ordered and the food was ready very quickly. My daughter did not like the sour cream on her side of potatoes so the manager came by and made here a new order (without sour cream) right away. Service like that has been forgotten, he just wanted us happy. You will not go home hungry as the portions are big and the food is great. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much.“

“My best friend and I drive out of our way to go to this specific Starbucks for Mary Ann! She’s our absolute favorite - a warm, caring person who remembers us and asks about our lives. Plus she never gets our coffee wrong. Give her a raise!“

“I have visited this location frequently over the past few years, and I’ve noticed nothing but improvement over the past year, the baristas genuinely seem to like working there and do a great job keeping the place clean and efficient. My wife is very particular about her green tea and the baristas always make it perfectly; before we even order too! We look forward to the many more visits we will make to this location!“

“I am somewhat of a coffee enthusiast, and usually generally unimpressed by Starbucks. However, this morning I was absolutely blown away buy the level of knowledge and helpfulness from the barista, Susan. I expressed to her that usually when I get lattes from Starbucks, I can hardly taste the espresso. She recommended an alternative, and described in detail why her recommended alternative was a good solution to my issue. The end result was the best latte I have ever tasted from any Starbucks! I will definitely come back to this location, especially if Susan is working!“

“This place, and I mean this specific location, is THE BEST!!! The energy is higher, the employees are friendlier, and the environment is cozier than all the other locations I’ve been to. Almost all the employees and I know each other by name which shows that they don’t just claim good costumer service, but they take it seriously to actively show it. The best part is that it gives them joy to do it! Anyone that has written a negative review about how the employees are rude, their drinks come out too late, they received the wrong order, etc. has not worked in food service. Sometimes this place is more busy than a flower store the night before Valentine’s Day and yet the employees are still working their hardest to sling coffee and caffeine like I’ve never seen before. Sometimes this means they don’t have as much time to converse with the customers but this by no means makes them rude, it makes them dedicated to their craft. I know I definitely can’t do what they are doing, especially when mobs of high schoolers come in. I’ve learned while working in food service that grace is one of the most valuable things you can have when interactive with employees and it goes a long way! Anyways, shoutout to Scarlett the manager and Ally (Allie?) who make it all happen and the stellar team under them: Koby, Cory, Carter x2, Colin, Tori, Alexa, Taylor, Lily, Shane, Brooklyn, Addison, etc because I can’t remember everyone on the top of my head. All of you guys (even those unnamed) make a special team, thanks for making my mornings an event to get excited about!“

“Gluten free donuts were perfect.
Staff had headphones in and was dismissive as I tried to ensure that the donuts and glazes were indeed 100% gluten free. But glad to say there were no allergic reactions from the recipient.
We will be back!“
