“What a great local coffee shop! I had the pleasure of meeting Dan when I stopped in looking for fresh espresso beans for my new espresso machine. I told him I was completely new to making espresso at home, and he could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

Dan recommended the Catalyst and even poured me a double shot so I could taste it before buying a bag. It was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and when I asked about grind size, he even ground a small sample for me so I would have something to compare against when setting up my own grinder at home.

I kept that little cup of grounds, and it made my kitchen smell amazing! It was such a thoughtful and generous thing to do.

I have been enjoying the Catalyst at home and absolutely love it. More than anything, I appreciated how kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant Dan was. This is exactly the kind of local business I love supporting.

“Just visited this amazing coffee shop yesterday. It was full of love happiness and Christ was present. It was so refreshing and nice to be at such a Christian establishment. “Monk Mongoose has such good coffee beverages! All of their drinks are fabulous. The baristas are excellent at espresso. It comes at a cost, though. It is not cheap, but it is very good! My only disappointments are changes to the bags of coffee. They changed to 10 oz bags for 18.50 for Home Blend instead of 12 oz, just a few weeks ago. They also made a huge change to their rewards system. It was a good rewards systems, it’s awful now. You have to spend $225 in the store to get a free large drink, whether, Americano, or a latte. That same drink was 150 points a few weeks ago.“

“Our cake was decorated beautifully. The cake yellow cake was not moist but the raspberry filling was delicious. The instructions were to refrigerate until an hour and a half before serving. When we were ready to eat it the frosting was thick and not and soft like a butter cream frosting should be. We would try their pastries but would not buy another cake. Their cake prices are high comparted to other bakery cake prices.“

I came here last week when they were hosting a tasting event to launch their limited edition blend as a partnership with Carboy, and it was awesome.

The store was packed, as you'd expect, but the staff behind the bar were still as excellent, gracious, and hospitable as ever. The same is true for folks running the tasting as well. They had TED Talk like knowledge about their product and the passion for what they do - and the people they do it for - poured out of them.

Lost is a wonderful plsce to go for good coffee drinks - whether classic forms or their seasonal offerings (which are more unique than other places) - but its an even better place to stay because of the way they treat you while you're there.“

“So blown away by both the ethos and the coffee at this coffee shop in Lone Tree! I have seen a few non profits do coffee shops before, but never even remotely this well. It is BEAUTIFUL inside (tons of natural light, lots of space, varied seating, modern decor, great views) and would be a great place to work remotely in south Denver. Their lattes were great, the baristas were extremely friendly, and I love that buying their coffee supports teen mental health in Douglas County. This may be the new best coffee shop in Lone Tree, totally worth the drive from Highlands Ranch or Centennial to get coffee and spend an afternoon here too.“
