Best place to get a protein shake and energy tea! I’m obsessed with this place! I am here 2 -3 times a week! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Love CRN!
I absolutely love CRN! The owners Alex and Amanda are always so welcoming and kind. The shakes are delicious and such a great follow-up to my workouts. Jeffrey is the best furry greater and such a sweetheart! This is a must-try in Castle Rock!
The shakes and teas are not only scrumptious, they are nutritious too! The staff is super friendly and welcoming as well!
