“I love the place. You dont just leave fed from there. You leave stuffed. I really like the views from the terrace, the fire pits, the architecture of the building, the use of metal and brick. The service could ve quicker, but you won't die if your food comes 5 minutes later than you expected. Just enjoy the view. If you like spicy, get the Diablo margarita. If you dont, learn to love the spicy and come back for the Diablo then.”

Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”

“I love everything about Union Bistro. Great food and cocktails. The one thing I take exception with is the 4% add on for the kitchen staff. You should pay your kitchen staff not add it on to my bill. Tipping should be my choice and I usually tip about 22%. I guess I could minus out 4% from the waitperson's tip, but that doesn't seem right.”

“Not all Outbacks are perfect. In fact, even this location isn't always perfect. But, over the years this restaurant has become one of our Go-To spots in Castle Rock for a quick date night.

Although I am someone who loves eating at unique, locally owned restaurants, this franchise location has won a little piece of my heart.

The staff is friendly and professional.

The food is excellent.

The atmosphere executes on Outback's style and standards perfectly.

If you can tolerate a chain restaurant, this Outback is as good as it gets.

Parking: We have never had problem pulling straight into an open spot.”

“This was not a planned destination just an option after the place we were going was closed. And let me tell you, Wow! Absolutely amazing. Zaika Indian nailed all the spices, flavors, heat levels on everything we ordered. I suggest doing what we did and everyone orders something different on the menu and shares it all. You will not regret it.

It was piping hot(we waited about 50min) when it arrived, and it was delicious! They even tossed in a bag of donuts for free. The chili oil wontons, made in a Sichuan "chao shou" style, were a nice touch, though the sauce could use a bit more flavor. The noodles stood out as better choice for me, so I’ll likely return to explore more noodle options instead of the dim sum. Overall, this place seems to gear more towards providing convenient Chinese comfort food for local residents or others that seek trying something new in the area. “I’m we were so impressed with the sugar free flavor options. If FroYo establishments have sugar-free or NSA options, they are always vanilla and strawberry. Smart Cow, hand, butter, pecan, and snickers flavors! We would like to see them get some NSA or SF topping options, but either way we were happy with what we got.
Also, the staff was engaged and helpful, and we love the garage door window rollup option, with the option to sit in chairs on the other side and taken those views as well. Great place! We don’t even live close. We’re from Woodland Park lol but will be back :-)”

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!”
