It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”

“My experience at in n out is usually a wonderful time, but this time we were greeted delightfully by a young man who went out of his way to grab two high chairs for our twin girls. He had a great attitude and was very polite. He took care of all our needs while we dined. He took time to grab the two orders we had while we stayed and tended to our children. Adyn was certainly the most wonderful employee I’ve had contact with at this particular in n out (not to say any of the employees are bad, they are all top notch). If his manager reads this he should be promoted immediately upon reading this review. I would certainly come back and give this young man a firm handshake and a tip but he’s such a stand up guy he probably wouldn’t accept my money because he’s “just doing his job”. 3.1.2026: The banana pudding cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It tasted exactly like a Nilla banana pudding without any artificial aftertaste! Based on the pictures online, I thought it would be more of a pound cake but it wasn’t. Still delicious! Loved it! Overall a nice experience at the store today; friendly staff and quick service!”

“I brought my son here on a Monday. We walked in and the place was packed with kids on their way to church youth summer camp. Instead of the staff acting annoyed or overwhelmed, I saw them take excellent care of those kids and were diligently cleaning as the kids got up.

Our food was really delicious and when I was ordering the gentleman taking my order was happy to provide suggestions on what would go best with my hotdog. Much like a fine dining establishment wait staff would. Everyone working on Monday June 8 during early afternoon was very friendly and helpful.

I really hope management or the owner sees this review so they can pass along the info to those team members. Too often staff hears all the negative but it’s really important that we know when we are killing it as well.”

Second, while many people assume all sourdough is healthy, that's not always the case. A lot of sourdough products are made with lower-quality grains and ingredients. I truly appreciate that you care enough to start with organic, high-quality grains and a healthy foundation.
I picked up my first loaf last week, and while I was there, you were offering samples of your desserts. I took home a sample of your brownie for my husband, who is extremely picky about desserts, and he absolutely loved it.
Your sourdough bread is the only grain I regularly include in my diet. The rest of my meals consist of organic vegetables and organic meats, so having a clean, quality bread option means a lot to me.

“Growing up in Colorado, as a kid, we always ate at the original location in Brighton. In my opinion people who didn’t grow up in Colorado or haven’t lived in Colorado for a long time don’t really understand the hype surrounding good Colorado style green chili— I now live in Texas where we have nothing of the sort, and no matter where you travel, nothing quite compares to Santiago’s green chili. It’s totally unique to the Front Range. I was thrilled to see a location in Castle Rock while I was driving from Texas to northern Colorado for a funeral. This location was great! Don’t come here if you’re expecting a 5 star restaurant. Santiago’s is not, and never has been, a fancy sit down restaurant. It’s a good, cheap, fast food/fast casual place to go for burritos and a small selection of other items. I wouldn’t consider it “traditional” Mexican food, it’s more a Colorado style Mexican place. One of a kind, give it a try!”

“Black-eyed Pea Castle Rock is amazing. The entire staff, from management on down is very friendly and they truly care about their customers. The food is great and it's not just comfort food, they have grilled salmon, a baked grilled chicken plate and a grilled chicken sandwich which are all delicious. I order the Beef Stroganoff (available on Tuesdays) often and it's amazing. Samantha is fantastic!! I highly recommend this restaurant”

Called Port of Subs in Castle Rock and was told a large order needed a 24-48 hr notice but he would have me talk to his manager. What an amazing man his supervisor was! I told him what I wanted and needed in 2 hrs.. He told me not to worry, he would take care of my request himself and it would be ready to pick up in 2 hrs!! The trays were beautiful and our sandwiches were fantastic. Everyone agreed they were the best subs they had had in a long time! Will definitely be going this route again!! The manager and service speaks volumes of Castle Rock’s Port of Subs!”

They were impolite and unfriendly but she handled it well. I'm honestly baffled by these kinds of people, if you have nothing better to do than be rude to food service employees, you have a sad life. She helped me with my order quickly, and was very knowledgeable about the menu! The mega Mad Dog pizza I oredered was cooked perfectly and was done quickly! The store was clean and cozy. And just impressed with the resilience of the employees at this store! There's some terrible customers out there, kudos to her for being the better person”

However, the person worked there so that wasn’t possible. Anyway, I gave my order and then was asked how my day was. I got teary and was telling her about it.
