“Esteban was our waiter and we felt welcomed, on the spot for our service, always asking if we needed anything, and I feel Esteban was an exceptional waiter.
The view we had was beautiful-the mountains.
The food was delicious -stuffed sopapillas, fish tacos, Chile rellenos, chicken tortilla soup....they were each delicious. I personally do not like green Chile but the other 3 I came with went on and on about the sauce that it was wonderful.
We will be back! ( We were at the Castle Rock location and plenty of parking!)”

“Fell into this place by accident, looking around the area and was getting hungry. Did not know it existed so we tried it out.
Place was inviting and staff was very nice. Atmosphere is very nice as well.
Food ordered was good as well, served quickly for items ordered, and service was very friendly.
It was more than we were anticipating spending on a meal, but the food was good.
Would return, but it is a little more that I can spend often.”

The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”

“This place was AMAZING! The menu had a wide variety of items for anything you could want, including a kids menu!

I ordered the pork dumplings: They were juicy and came with quite a few! Very flavorful and fresh, and you were able to dip them in soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, or all three! They were some of the best dumplings i've ever had!

My mom got the beef noodle soup, the meat was SO tender, the noodles were a perfect texture and the broth was AMAZING! It was sweet, savory, a little spicy, everything about the whole dish was fantastic. The portion sizes for everything were awesome, I finished my food and felt satisfied and not too full.

I also got the taro boba, and it wasn't at all watery like some boba can be, and the tapioca were both soft and chewy, and the smoothie overall wasn't too sweet, which made it delicious and great to have with the rest of my meal.

Overall everything about this place is amazing, and I highly recommend it!!”

Also the addition of Dougs diner menu and breakfast makes this the go to restaurant in Castle Rock. If you just want to relax and have a Guinness it is also the best pub vibe around. I would be re-miss not to mention the amazing staff, Joel, Jeff, Frankie, Jess, Faye, Danni, Jordan, Opal, Tarryn, Sierra, and a few others I am sure I am forgetting!👍”

3.1.2026: The banana pudding cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It tasted exactly like a Nilla banana pudding without any artificial aftertaste! Based on the pictures online, I thought it would be more of a pound cake but it wasn’t. Still delicious! Loved it! Overall a nice experience at the store today; friendly staff and quick service!”

Second, while many people assume all sourdough is healthy, that's not always the case. A lot of sourdough products are made with lower-quality grains and ingredients. I truly appreciate that you care enough to start with organic, high-quality grains and a healthy foundation.
I picked up my first loaf last week, and while I was there, you were offering samples of your desserts. I took home a sample of your brownie for my husband, who is extremely picky about desserts, and he absolutely loved it.
Your sourdough bread is the only grain I regularly include in my diet. The rest of my meals consist of organic vegetables and organic meats, so having a clean, quality bread option means a lot to me.

They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!”

“I love the people that make up this Starbucks. They have played a huge part in getting my daughter to school every morning. I can’t thank them enough for making her breakfast every morning. We started doing this when Kylie was having issues with bullying at school. I couldn’t get her out of the house with out tears. Now every morning we pick up Starbucks. I pre order it, she jumps out of bed and gets ready, we swing in, see some of our favorite people and she eats on the way to school in highlands ranch. I was having such a horrible day b/c of rotten rotten customer service from a local Lab drawing place in CR for my 5yr old granddaughter. So to make my day better I went to Dutch Brothers where their service is so awesome. I decided since my day was so bad that I would pay for the car behind me and make their day better. However, the person worked there so that wasn’t possible. Anyway, I gave my order and then was asked how my day was. I got teary and was telling her about it. The girl was so very sweet and said I gotcha. I said ok, do I just pay at the window? She said no I gotcha. OMGosh!!!! I can’t explain how much that kindness meant to me. Then I get to the window and 3 people said, “we love you, anytime you’re having a bad day you just come through and we will help you.” Who does this??? Thank you girls SO MUCH!!!! Yes, however, our family went to celebrate July 25 with some Blizzards but while we sat inside eating our icecream and employee walked out with a blue stiff bristle brush and started dusting all the air vent above on the ceiling. Ummmmmm really ? There are approx 20 people inside eating their food and now is the best opportunity to clean the above air vents? That should be done at the end of day or when there is nobody in the building consuming food. Lack of common sense is sad.”
