“My experience at in n out is usually a wonderful time, but this time we were greeted delightfully by a young man who went out of his way to grab two high chairs for our twin girls. He had a great attitude and was very polite. He took care of all our needs while we dined. He took time to grab the two orders we had while we stayed and tended to our children. Adyn was certainly the most wonderful employee I’ve had contact with at this particular in n out (not to say any of the employees are bad, they are all top notch). If his manager reads this he should be promoted immediately upon reading this review. I would certainly come back and give this young man a firm handshake and a tip but he’s such a stand up guy he probably wouldn’t accept my money because he’s “just doing his job”. “I frequent Bucket List Tavern / Dougs diner often, because it is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere plus the creative dishes made by Virginia are Exceptional. Also the addition of Dougs diner menu and breakfast makes this the go to restaurant in Castle Rock. If you just want to relax and have a Guinness it is also the best pub vibe around. I would be re-miss not to mention the amazing staff, Joel, Jeff, Frankie, Jess, Faye, Danni, Jordan, Opal, Tarryn, Sierra, and a few others I am sure I am forgetting!👍“

“I brought my son here on a Monday. We walked in and the place was packed with kids on their way to church youth summer camp. Instead of the staff acting annoyed or overwhelmed, I saw them take excellent care of those kids and were diligently cleaning as the kids got up.

Our food was really delicious and when I was ordering the gentleman taking my order was happy to provide suggestions on what would go best with my hotdog. Much like a fine dining establishment wait staff would. Everyone working on Monday June 8 during early afternoon was very friendly and helpful.

I really hope management or the owner sees this review so they can pass along the info to those team members. Too often staff hears all the negative but it’s really important that we know when we are killing it as well.“

“Dev, the manager, was great! He is so authentic and hard-working, and even came and took our trash from the table! He had such a great attitude that we 100% want to return! The food was amazing, and cooked to perfection! The chicken was absolutely flaky and moist, and the burger so flavorful. The atmosphere was so fun and they even have games like shuffleboard and cornhole!“

“Let’s talk about how much I appreciate this location. I work with a large group of people that, during the summer, comes out consistently on Sunday nights with a group of 20+ people. I know it can be difficult to handle a group of that size. But the staff is phenomenal and easily handles our chaos. There is one very specific server that I see consistently helping us named Lauren. She is amazing and has helped us for multiple years now. She makes connections well. She has a wonderful attitude. And she deserves all the love in the world. “We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with the best server in the industry by the name of Jesus. He was super attentive, funny, and remembered us from the last visit. I know that I typically don’t expect a lot of you need things to happen at an IHOP, but this one has the right atmosphere, Service, food and it was just a great morning!“

Yes, however, our family went to celebrate July 25 with some Blizzards but while we sat inside eating our icecream and employee walked out with a blue stiff bristle brush and started dusting all the air vent above on the ceiling. Ummmmmm really ? There are approx 20 people inside eating their food and now is the best opportunity to clean the above air vents? That should be done at the end of day or when there is nobody in the building consuming food. Lack of common sense is sad.“
