“My experience at in n out is usually a wonderful time, but this time we were greeted delightfully by a young man who went out of his way to grab two high chairs for our twin girls. He had a great attitude and was very polite. He took care of all our needs while we dined. He took time to grab the two orders we had while we stayed and tended to our children. Adyn was certainly the most wonderful employee I’ve had contact with at this particular in n out (not to say any of the employees are bad, they are all top notch). If his manager reads this he should be promoted immediately upon reading this review. I would certainly come back and give this young man a firm handshake and a tip but he’s such a stand up guy he probably wouldn’t accept my money because he’s “just doing his job”. “I brought my son here on a Monday. We walked in and the place was packed with kids on their way to church youth summer camp. Instead of the staff acting annoyed or overwhelmed, I saw them take excellent care of those kids and were diligently cleaning as the kids got up.

Our food was really delicious and when I was ordering the gentleman taking my order was happy to provide suggestions on what would go best with my hotdog. Much like a fine dining establishment wait staff would. Everyone working on Monday June 8 during early afternoon was very friendly and helpful.

I really hope management or the owner sees this review so they can pass along the info to those team members. Too often staff hears all the negative but it’s really important that we know when we are killing it as well.“

“Dev, the manager, was great! He is so authentic and hard-working, and even came and took our trash from the table! He had such a great attitude that we 100% want to return! The food was amazing, and cooked to perfection! The chicken was absolutely flaky and moist, and the burger so flavorful. The atmosphere was so fun and they even have games like shuffleboard and cornhole!“

Yes, however, our family went to celebrate July 25 with some Blizzards but while we sat inside eating our icecream and employee walked out with a blue stiff bristle brush and started dusting all the air vent above on the ceiling. Ummmmmm really ? There are approx 20 people inside eating their food and now is the best opportunity to clean the above air vents? That should be done at the end of day or when there is nobody in the building consuming food. Lack of common sense is sad.“

“I stopped by this MOD and was helped by Ellie and she was the sweetest! I was waiting in line and the customers in front of me were extremely rude to her and pilling an overly excessive amount of cheese and toppings onto their pizzas. They were impolite and unfriendly but she handled it well. I'm honestly baffled by these kinds of people, if you have nothing better to do than be rude to food service employees, you have a sad life. She helped me with my order quickly, and was very knowledgeable about the menu! The mega Mad Dog pizza I oredered was cooked perfectly and was done quickly! The store was clean and cozy. And just impressed with the resilience of the employees at this store! There's some terrible customers out there, kudos to her for being the better person“

My family often places large, complicated orders, and David always handles them with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“
