“Amazing stop on our trip to Colorado. Nicest employees and amazing food! Dairy free for my deathly allergic dairy allergy hubby. Amazing taste! Pretzels and carrot cake were soooo good and the fudge my hubby loved.“
“Everything is absolutely DELICIOUS! Being from the Midwest, I beyond grateful that I found this little gem!“
“Love having fresh wholesome bread delivered weekly. Great quality and variety with the bread of the month.“
“First of all, thank you so much for coming to Castle Rock and making it easy to pick up your sourdough products right from the Emporium.
Second, while many people assume all sourdough is healthy, that's not always the case. A lot of sourdough products are made with lower-quality grains and ingredients. I truly appreciate that you care enough to start with organic, high-quality grains and a healthy foundation.
I picked up my first loaf last week, and while I was there, you were offering samples of your desserts. I took home a sample of your brownie for my husband, who is extremely picky about desserts, and he absolutely loved it.
Your sourdough bread is the only grain I regularly include in my diet. The rest of my meals consist of organic vegetables and organic meats, so having a clean, quality bread option means a lot to me.
Thank you for providing such amazing products and for bringing them to our community. We are grateful to have you in Castle Rock!“
“We ordered a cake from Wellspring Bakery for our daughters birthday and it was everything we could have asked for! It was beautifully decorated, moist, and delicious! Brianna worked with us on our ideas and flavor preferences, and was so helpful from the beginning to pickup. We will absolutely be back with any other bakery needs we need, I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“UODATE:
3.2.2026: Went back to try the Dubai cake. Delicious BUT it NEEDS more filling for sure!
3.1.2026: The banana pudding cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It tasted exactly like a Nilla banana pudding without any artificial aftertaste! Based on the pictures online, I thought it would be more of a pound cake but it wasn’t. Still delicious! Loved it! Overall a nice experience at the store today; friendly staff and quick service!“
“I remember this banana bread STILL from years ago! It’s amazing 🤩“

“We ordered three packs for delivery this morning. They were delivered on time as promised and the poor delivery driver didn't even seem to mind being rushed at the door by our four dogs. Thank you for offering the delivery service during these challenging times!“

“Kaykery is hands down the best in the world! The talent here is unmatched—every cake and cupcake is a literal work of art. Not only are they stunning to look at, but they taste even better than they look. If you’re in Castle Rock or Parker, do yourself a favor and book her for your next event. You won't find anyone better!“
