“I live in Lincoln and we have nursing students sharing our senior apartment complex. One of our favorite nursing students told us her mother owns this bakery and makes biscotti. Since I have Italian heritage in my family, I'm very familiar with these dunking cookies and usually order them on Amazon (Nonni's). ENJOY BISCOTTI did not disappoint. I ENJOYED them, especially since they don't go to to mush when you dunk them (like most others do). They are delicious and keep their crispness after dunking to give you a substantial cookie when you put them in your mouth to chew. Oh, and also, the packaging is beautiful (the black box and lovely colorful wrapping paper). ENJOY!“

I placed a delivery order through the Crumbl app as a surprise for my brother, but unfortunately, it never arrived (driver stole it)!. I called the store and Sean handled the issue with incredible care and went above and beyond to quickly resolve whatever he could to have it redelivered and was kind enough to call me with updates when the new driver came. The texture is soft and chewy on the inside while being nice and crunchy on the outside. We also really like the croissants with filling—my personal favorite is the passion fruit cream croissant. Other notable pastries are the almond croissant, pain au chocolat, and the savory cubano ham and cheese pastry. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The staff is always so friendly. “The Flour Shop Colorado provided the dessert for my son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The chocolate chip cookie cake and other assorted cookies were a hit with all of our guests.“

Their pastries feel like elevated versions of childhood favorites, especially the Twix-inspired bars that somehow manage to be both nostalgic and insanely refined. “Ammonia reminds me of the Greek bakery in Chicago near where I was born 78 years ago. Its plain, unpretentious interior and hearing people speak Greek while enjoying their pastries and coffee give it a very warm charm for me. And they have the best spanakopita and yalaktaboureko.“

“The cinnamon roll was excellent, 9/10. They need to work on their system of getting food to people though. Granted it was very busy, there were about 25 people outside waiting for their orders, but we waited over 20 minutes for just a cinnamon roll and a Boston creme pie and started seeing people who had ordered after us get their orders. My friend went up to counter and asked if our order was ready and the guy replied “oh, I can get started on that” then proceeded to also almost forget the frosting on the cinnamon roll. If you mess up like that, an apology and maybe a free pastry would go a long way.“

My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!“

“Reunion is the best bakery in the state of Colorado, hands down. This bread is the only thing keeping me sane during quarantine. They always have a wonderful variety of delicious breads, but recently on the weekends, they've been offering bundles that are so much fun and a welcomed break in the monotony of a covid world. Recently I purchased a bread and butter flight (!!!! I know!) And they had a memorial weekend package with meat from a local butcher, veggies, pickles and aioli from acorn. I don't care that I can't go anywhere for the holiday, I'm taken away by reunion! Plus they had brioche buns in the package, which I'm making lobster roll (buns?) with! Their staff is wonderful and help out in any way they can. They now offer local deliveries too! I want to be selfish and keep them a secret, but they're too amazing not to share.“

“The best panderia in the Denver area. I got a variety of things, but my favorite was the pumpkin empanada. Everything was very fresh, not too sweet, and tasted homemade and authentic. Prices were extremely reasonable, the self-service area was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also carried a variety of grocery items, fresh meat, hot food, prepacked and/or imported foods, and many other goods. If you'd like to buy conchas or other pan dulce in bulk, you can even call ahead and order a dozen. I'd definitely return and would recommend.“

Tip for the uninitiated, don’t grab the package that’s on the front of the counter shelves, those are the day old ones, they are selling for less than half price.
