“Our cake was decorated beautifully. The cake yellow cake was not moist but the raspberry filling was delicious. The instructions were to refrigerate until an hour and a half before serving. When we were ready to eat it the frosting was thick and not and soft like a butter cream frosting should be. We would try their pastries but would not buy another cake. Their cake prices are high comparted to other bakery cake prices.“

“Tommy prepared a beautiful and delicious double layer spice cake with cream cheese filling and frosting, and filligree stuff around the edges in colours I'd suggested which he nailed. Twas for my wife's 70th birthday party, and the cake was the star of the show. Tommy transferred a photograph of my wife which I'd emailed to him, on the cake, perfect rendition! In fact, the photo was so perfect we ate around the edges of the cake and never touched my wife's face!! Thank you Tommy, and the entire crew of Cakes Amore!!“

“I am a big fan of cinnamon rolls, but always had a hard time to find the perfect ones. Now, I did!!!!!! Simon’s cinnamon rolls are the best, I am sure nobody and nowhere else can beat them!!!!! I am now mad at him because that’s all I want for dessert and not my chocolate cottage cheese mousses… haha and needless to say I have no pictures of them because I ate them all before remembering to take a photo.“

“First time ordering, I wanted a homemade quiche and they are hard to come by. The ordering process was so easy and the staff on the phone and in person were absolutely amazing. The quiche (Lorraine) was absolutely fabulous. I do not have any allergies and I generally don’t eat gluten free but it was great! I could tell the ingredients were fresh and it was baked well. The crust is pretty sweet, I didn’t mind it but just FYI.“
